I was profiled and harassed by 3rd party security at Oregon Ave CVS. I was going to pick up medicine for my mother, which is the only reason I come there at all. There is a terrible trend here this is the second time this has happen same thing happened at the same store in DEC 2023 or somewhere around there. It was also an incident were coming in the door I was profiled an harassed again only in there to pick up vital medicine for my MOTHER.
Anyway ,
I was not only profiled, harassed but falsely accused of stealing..... then banned from the establishment! Which can be proven in a court of law.... because I called PPD an they took the side of your management to enforce the ban.....repeated harassment...false accusations for picking up medicine!!

Bad customer service ever!! This is not the first time this been a couple of time since i was visiting!! And the worst same employe he doesnt have a name tag on it i ask the other employe whos his name hisa name is sakim hakim or somehing like that!!! Not been able to help its oke but please dont be giving an attitude and being smart we are the customer just need and assistent if we dont understand how things work at the self check out than help if you dont be able to help why cant you ring me up at the register!! THE STORE MANAGER NEED TO DO BETTER W THE EMPLOYE . This shift suppersivor is horribel im sure not only me been complaining. Smh

This pharmacy is trash!! I will never recommend. they are EXTREMELY rude. They blame technology for human error EVERY SINGLE MONTH. The automated system called me twice this week to tell me that my prescription was due to be refilled, and then it asked you if you would like to refill them you make the choice which is selection one to have them filled and they tell you they will call you when they are ready. I’ve gotten this call twice this week and have been waiting for the call. I show up and they say that they don’t even have prescriptions that are ready for me or even in the system to be due. WHEN SOMEONE IS ON AN SSRI YOU NEED TO FILL THERE PRESCRIPTION. THIS MIGHT SOUND LIKE AN EXAGGERATION BUT PEOPLE CAN KILL THEMSELVES IF THEY DONT HAVE THEM. I come here because it’s the only 24 hr pharmacy. I’ll never send a script here ever again or shop at your store after I retrieve this last script.

I've been dealing with pharmacy nonsense regularly for 7 years now and this is the best pharmacy I have ever gone to. The 24 hrs is great, they actually fill when they say they will fill, there's never a wait, even the automated voice system works so smoothly

I’ve been a customer here for years, and never, ever had an issue, but recently had the overnight pharmacist spoke to me in a condescending and mocking tone.He really wasn’t nice. I wasn’t even rude to him, but it was like he was expecting me to argue with him, which I didn’t. They need to remember that some of us are decent people who actually realize how hard their jobs are, and we’re not trying to yell or scream like some people do. But we’re human, too, and some of us have struggles, anxieties and we are people just like they are. Please don’t talk down to anyone, especially those of us who are not giving you a hard time.

I have repeated witnessed Ty at the front register/ self check out area giving sassy to down right nasty responses to customers. Very unprofessional and just rude. No wonder this store has such a low google rating.

You'd think with 6-10 people working in the pharmacy they could take lunch breaks in shifts. But this is a place that has locks and alarms on the toothpaste! The pharmacy closes for "lunch break" from 1:30 to 2:00...even if you're in the drive through line. Really. Tw cars in front of me were served but they closed the window as I pulled up...with another car behind me.

Horrible service, my husband went to get me some cold medicine and it was locked, he pushed the bottom to get help and the guy yelled that they didn’t have a key and then went to whisper another employee that he didn’t want to open the case because he pushed the bottom twice. Obviously there is very poor management and employee training at this location. Im switching all my prescriptions to rite aid.
