If I could give these people 0 stars I would. They treated me like I was a second class citizen, most likely in part due to the stigma with the medication I was being treated with. It took TWELVE PHONE CALLS TO GET IT RIGHT, of having to literally tell them what needed to be done in order to accomplish the task. My medication was kicked out and cancelled twice due to " system issues" or them supposedly not getting an answer at my Dr. Office which they used the wrong prompt to get a confirmation and it took me again directing them to actually take control of the situation and think to themselves maybe I could be a decent person and try again. Nope just treat them like a number and next!

If it weren't for my insurance preferences I would never want to deal with this terrible service. I cannot remember the last time it was easy to simply get the meds prescribed to me.And do not even ask about the endless texts and calls you have to jump Hoops ro opt out of. Yikes. Terrible service.

Complete lack of customer service. Rude staff and no help understanding how to get the prescription filled through them. I was unwillingly given a 1-800 number to call in the end.

This is actually the review of the store at 12th and Walnut unfortunately that is not coming up on the list. The Customer service associates were all standing around they were offering no assistance and then they were rude with their approach. Very disappointed with these employees I have posted their pictures. They need to be retrained or terminated.

As someone who works in customer service, I would NEVER talk to another human being the way I was spoken to today. First of all, they sent my medication without ever verifying with me so I had no idea it was coming until UPS texted me. Secondly, I called to make sure that my card was billed for my copay and was told "It's $5. We're not going to come after you for $5." I get a text every time my card is ran. I KNOW that it wasn't. I actually care about my credit. This place is the most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever encountered. I Googled the phone number to make sure that I wasn't being scammed, that's how shady it is.

Vonda from the escalation department was very rude and unprofessional. Wait times are extreme!!!! I've never been treated so poorly as a patient by a company that I actually work for!!!

Tiara in the billing department was disrespectful and extremely rude and disconnected the call while I was speaking. I always had my copay assistance on file prior to first experiencing my issue. 2 times my refill wasn't billed to my copay assistance. I signed a form at the pharmacy to have my meds released because they found the copay assistance. I later received a bill and when I spoke to Tiara in the billing department she told me that I was responsible for it. I informed her it was a pharmacy error because it wasn't billed to my copay assistance. She was extremely rude and dismissive and she disconnected the call while I was speaking. Rude agent that you have working for you.
