The staff have the bathrooms locked. Never seen this at a CVS. Couldn’t change my 2 year olds diaper because they wouldn't let us use the bathrooms, which we could see through the door.

CVS Located at 2132 South St. in Philadelphia PA is fraudulently filling prescriptions under the wrong patients. They don’t do their job correctly. I’ve been dealing with this for over two years and still dealing with this because they continue to hide a scam going on in their pharmacy.

Staff member Tangie made this visit a success! The friendly way in which she helped me and every customer that came and went was exceptional! It’s nice to be treated like a valued customer and unfortunately it’s not the way in most stores anymore! Worse service in south Philly. That Chinese girl that is a tech I think with the grey teeth is so unprofessional every time I'm in that store she fighting with someone. The district manager Joe Flacco is another unprofessional useless one. I already have 6 ppl for a class action lawsuit if anyone wants to join us just leave a message.

Paul the pharmacist on Broad Street in South Philly is the most professional person in the business. Had issues had resolved in less than an hour. Simply amazing person saved my life.

This is a neighborhood hub. Friendly staff. Hope it's here for a long time. They give plenty of coupons and discounts and are well stocked compared to other cvs pharmacies ive been at. The staff is so cool and helpful.

Made an appointment online for a vaccine a few days ago through their online system. I usually go to the CVS on 22nd but for some reason was only given the option to go to the Broad and Washington store for vaccine appointments. I got there early, walked around Target wasting time, then went to the pharmacy for my appointment....turns out I was a SUCKER! CVS pharmacy was completely closed, no one there, gates pulled down. That automated online system only works one way, apparently. Never got a notice that my appointment was cancelled. Unprofessional, time-wasting place.
