Their left-hand doesn't know what their right-hand is doing!! I placed an order for my medication on January 2nd, they said they'll order it and let me know when it comes. On January 5th Four days later I called, they said it arrived and will be ready in about an hour. When I tried to pick up my order an abrupt associate said my insurance declined due to me picking up a 90 days supply on December 7th and that was not true.I contact the Caremark insurance and found the reason for the decline is that the CVS Pharmacist entered in the system that my order was picked up on January 2nd which was not true. I went back to the pharmacy counter with the insurance representative on the phone with me.It was around 5pm the pharmacist in charge said she didn't care and the technician didn’t know how to fix their mistake and took an hour fix it after getting help from another pharmacist she called!!!!!!!!!

For anyone who has medication they can’t miss a doses of DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS.I wish I could give negative stars. This location has been closed for days and no one can even help me get my prescription transferred. The doors to the pharmacy are shut and they just have a paper sign that says ‘closed today’ for several days in a row with no updates on when they’ll open up again.My medication is stuck in a limbo until this place decides it wants to open up again.This is not only inconvenient but is dangerous for those who take time sensitive medications

THE WORST! When you go in person the line is so long and you have to wait forever! If you call, they don’t answer! Some days they don’t even open without advanced notice and they’ll put a paper sign on the front saying that they’re closed. I have never had a positive experience with this pharmacy and I will definitely stop sending my scripts here. Ridiculous!

Worst pharmacy ever. Please send your prescriptions somewhere else. Even when medication is ready for pickup they need an additional 30-40 minutes to give me my order. Workers are rude, talk about customers and are not helpful or have class in any sense. Terrible .

Been coming to this CVS for 20 years. The new pharmacist Justin made me was rude, unwilling to help. Made me feel comfortable. Shameful use to be the best pharmacy.

Totally unreliable. CVS decides to be open whenever they want to be, with no communication to the customers. I sat on hold for 30 minutes only to find out via target optical they are closed during their business hours and have no idea when/if they will open. Several other times, I stopped by to pick up my prescription during business hours and they were closed. The only communication was a tiny haphazardly written sign posted at the front that said they were closed with no explanation. I will be filling my prescriptions elsewhere from now on.

Sadly, I wasn’t aware of the closing time. I figured it was the same as the store. Once I was told they were closed I kinda was pissed because I knew my SO needed his meds but wasn’t sure how soon. I guess the worker heard me and called me back to pick up his meds. I truly appreciate that being that I work until 630 everyday this week(close at 7pm) and he needed them for tomorrow. I just wanna say you saved a life today and it was appreciated! Next time I’ll make sure I’ll come before 7. Lol

Not reliable. Received a notification that my prescription was ready for pick up. When we arrived, no one was present and we couldn’t reach anyone for hours. Had to call my doctor and ask them to fill my prescription elsewhere

Closed today due to lack of staffing with no notification on the app or phone messaging system. This derailed my whole day after waiting for notification that my prescription was ready, dragging my toddler to the pharmacy to check in person after no success via phone, realizing the pharmacy was closed, having my prescription transferred to another CVS location, and dragging my toddler to another pharmacy to get the prescription just in time before closing. Communication needs to occur on the app and phone line in case of closure. Additionally, the reasons for the recurring staffing issues need to be evaluated and addressed.

Closed today without bothering to tell someone ? just posted a printout that they wouldn’t open today, tons of people waiting for them to be open, CVS corporate had NO IDEA. Just decided to close on their own.

My experience at this pharmacy is with the people that work there the pharmacist is very condescending and he's very impatient with you he's always in a rush when you work with the public you have to have a sense about you you can't just always rush people through especially when it's people with disabilities and elderly people you have to take your time and have some patience need to bring the pharmacist back that was there his name was Lou
