Only positive this I have to say about this location is in regards to Meesha and her customer service. She is the only person my family and I have seen in that store who’s ALWAYS helpful and goes above and beyond. She definitely deserves the recognition.

I am going to need to get used to the CVSs in Philly... I have been too spoiled by my Hershey location. There are more people that work in the Hershey location and you cannot find anyone in the Philadelphia locations outside of the pharmacy and sometimes not even there.
I am thinking of going back to Hershey every 90 days for my refills. Frankly, the only reason I go into CVS monthly is because of the rewards program and the $10.

The techs who are working gave false information over the phone and refused to let me speak to the pharmacist when I told him as much. I wouldn’t want to go to a pharmacy where the techs don’t even know basic information. Do better as you’re actively harming customers.

It has been a very pleasant experience, I always find that the employees are good and friendly and that the store is in order, in good condition. It's annoying that some products are locked up, but it's understandable.
