It has been a very pleasant experience, I always find that the employees are good and friendly and that the store is in order, in good condition. It's annoying that some products are locked up, but it's understandable.

Worse cvs in town . The techs are terrible . They come in when they want so it's really crazy that during the week they've changed the pharmacy time from 8 to 9 am . They are already lax as it is and the pharmacy hours on the weekend are pushed 2 hours back smh my prescriptions are set to automatic refill but what's the point when they don't send alerts and they don't always automatically refill . No one should ever run clean out of medication , specially if it's for a chronic illness . The techs sit around laughing and talking while the lines pile up for pick up . This location really needs to close. It's not serving the community, the items in here are stale , and it's overpriced in here . There are ppl out here who are really sick and you have ppl who are in charge of medication who aren't taking it seriously .

I have been going thru a lot lately . I desperately needed my Thyroid medicine and someone threw it away it just got filled . Ms Allison went above and beyond for me today . Sometimes people really do care I was so thankful I was in tears and she hugged me and gave me encouraging words . The other Pharmacist I didn’t get her name called the doctors office and insurance to get the approval like they stayed on this for me . God does place people tight where they can be used . I will never forget the kindness shown to me today . I am forever grateful ??????????

I want to place this review of CVS on Wadsworth because I don't know who else would want to hear it. Ok so this place desperately needs improvement on their customer service. The rudeness is unacceptable. Thankfully I can get my Rx filled but the unnecessary crassness towards a paying customer gets under my skin. With all the new technology and things of today I guess you forget to be personable towards a customer.

I'm a caregiver for my dad who is over 80 years old. His pharmacy used to be shoprite but since they closed he got transferred to cvs. It's astonishing how much worse this pharmacy is cuz the one at shoprite already wasn't the best. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or what, but they need someone who can answer phones.

Got my 2nd Covid shot at this CVS.Everything went extremely smoothly. When I entered the store I was given a coupon for 20% off, so I picked up a bottle of Slow Release Iron tablets for $20.When I presented the coupon, the cashier informed me that this product was buy one, get one free. That was a much better deal than using the coupon and she told me to save it for another visit.

Service at this location is HORRIBLE, everyone seem to need customer training including the pharmacist. They are unprofessional when dealing with customers in person and on telephone; items are overprices and there are never anyone at register; during one visit I was being watched by a workers as if I was stealing. I have visited many CVS stores and have never had this experience, unfortunately, it seems typical in a predominately afro american community. I would recommend visiting other stores.

It was last Thursday April 13th around 530, my wife and i went to this cvs to pick up prescription.l use to get all my prescription at cvs on Germantown ave in chestnut hill it was on the way home from work for me, so i use it frequently being a type 1 diabetic it seem to be a good spot to shop. The parking lot was always full, (small spaces) and the lines at the pharmacy were unbearable. I kept complaining to my wife, she said to use the one at 1600 wadsworth ave. I switched all my meds over. My wife always guides me in the right direction, so i thought. The 1st time ordering my meds i ran into a small problem. No big deal. The second time became more burdensome. My wife said they called when her prescriptions were ready. Not true with me. I called my doctor to fill my prescriptions, oxycodone being the most important because i need back surgery and 4 weeks ago i broke my hip. I never received a call, so i called them, they said they had no prescription. Friday came still no prescription, this was the longest 3 days of my life the pain was so intense i couldn't sit lie down or sleep a complete hell. Well my doctor did call it in and it was ready on Thursday after they told me it wasn't called in. So the next time great it was ready before the weekend we went in to pick it up. They told me to wait as they process the rx app. So i shopped gold bond was buy 1 get 2 one 50% off and i got razors buy 1 get second free. The woman called my name she asked do you have a cvs card i said no. So instead of telling me i wouldn't get a discount she charged me full price. The bill was $50.52 i paid in cash. When i questioned the bill she said you don't have a card and said there are people waiting. So my wife said we'll go to the front my wife said she had a card she went to the car but couldn't find it. Then we wanted a refund they said we need id neither of us had it we were both in sweat pants. Then the manager said we could use our email address but she never did ask for it. My wife asked if we could get a store credit he(manager) said yes. a store credit is ok. Then the manager said no store credit either with out id. He never apologize once. If he had said i am really sorry but that the stores policy. We wouldn't have been so upset then the cashier pushes the items towards my wife. I'm sure the manager has a cvs card, he could have just used it. Or do a override. We would have left happy. We already transferred our prescriptions and will never shop at any cvs again never. 2 DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS!!!!

The tech acted like She has an attitude because I disturbed her. Practically snatched the prescription out my hand
