I see them getting good reviews maybe I caught them on a bad day everybody was acting like they had attitudes and didn’t want to help. Everybody was unaware where everything was located when I got to the front the young lady was nice. Philadelphia is the land of incompetence it annoys me !

I don’t like your. Man sercuity gaurd want me to check my handbag at the door with my phone and wallet and other medicine and he want pushing it if he is not going to other women check their handbag why should I he says it’s the store policy since when and been going to cvs over 10 years it happened on Saturday July 12,2025 @ 2:00pm

CVS is the best pharmacy when it comes to rewards program. They really have no hassle customer service.

This was my first time in this store due to passport services. There was one cashier on duty who had to handle both areas. One customer also had her go to an aisle to help her. Through all of this she remained professional, friendly and productive. Quite a task from being pulled in various directions. Sorry, I didn't get her name, due to being impressed. The CSHR #2620644.
Thanks again for great service under extenuating circumstances.

Went in for my vaccination appointment. The pharmacy was very busy, yet things ran surprisingly smooth and efficient. The staff was friendly and handled my appointment quickly. I also did some shopping while I was there and the store was clean and organized. Was surprised to see they even had live plants! I will definitely go back here.

I thought when u discussed your medications with a pharmacist it was supposed to be a private conversation but instead I had to yell all my information to the young dark skinned guy with locs who “helped” me because I guess he didn’t want to walk over to the counter where I was.

CVS never has my correct prescription despite saying numerous times that my body knows the difference when given random medication and it causes me severe pain. Now I have to travel far from home to get it. Rite Aid never gave me any problems and it isn’t fair I get STUCK with CVS. The rest of the place is okay though.
