It is rare to enter into a business who greets you with pleasantly. The staff at this location is very customer service oriented and it shows as you enter and leave.

This is definitely one of the worst CvS stores I have experienced, and I'm a frequent Cvs shopper. For one, going into a store where everything is locked up down to deodorant is disturbing. On top of that, they don't even have a good method for what's locked up. You literally have to wait for the cashier to finish with their line to come and unlock each item ,they have to then take behind the counter. This is the closest store to me when I'm in Philly. I still drive out of my way to go to another one where customers aren't treated like criminals. And the lines are always slow. Would give zero stars if I could

The line is always very long. There is always at least a 20-30 minute wait any time of day you go here. The front end cashiers aren't that bad tho. They move you along rather quickly. But the pharmacy computers are slow, the ppl (techs & pharmacists) are slower

Whatever young woman was working the phone in the pharmacy at 1:15-1:20pm on March 7, 2024 was EXTREMELY rude. If you don't want to answer phones, I suggest getting a new job because she hung up on me TWICE. The 2nd time, she didn't even say hello, she just picked up the line and immediately hung up on me. I really hope management does something about this deplorable behavior because this woman is driving away potential customers as well as current customers.

Some people are never satisfied. This is my favorite CVS store. I’m greeted , I’m assisted when I ask for help. Pharmacy is great. Care plus program is awesome. Free money coupons are amazing. No other pharmacy gives these perks. I love this store. Keep up the great work. In closing my immediate family shops here.

Terrible service! The line to pick up the medicine is always long and they do not give the correct information. I have gone twice for my medications and had to leave without them. The last time they made me wait and told me that they would call me by name when the medications were ready, after 40 minutes waiting I go and ask them “are the medications ready?” They told me yes and to get in the line, a line that had about 30 people. Why didn't he tell me before that I had to be on the line and not that he was going to call me by name?

Every time they forgot to fill my medicines full. I have to ask them to fill enough for me. Time is important. I do not have time to come back and forth. I will change to different pharmacy.
