Why the hell is the pharmacy closed so early on Sunday. Isn't this place SUPPOSED to be a pharmacy? They're no longer interested in serving the public. Don't be fooled into thinking they are.

Why put that you are open until 11pm if you are only open until 10pm……

Pharmacy is great. The store employees are very helpful. The photo printing is really convenient! They seem to have cut back on the variety of items that they sell in the store, however.

My afternoon spent at CVS pharmacy was a masterclass in incompetence. The pharmacist on duty and the woman at the drop-off counter (since no one wears a name tag there) couldn't be bothered with urgency, empathy, or even basic tact. Their painfully unhelpful demeanor and appalling communication showcased a complete disregard for my medical needs. And for the record, if you're fresh out of surgery and desperate for antibiotics, steroids, and pain meds, don't for a second think you're their priority—those were their words, not mine—even if they promised to do all the legwork within a hour. Apparently, your suffering is just an inconvenience to their more important priority-filled day. Do better.

Just me personally, but as a pharmacist, you should not be announcing customers prescriptions and especially when there’s multiple other customers around. The one large gentleman who usually wears a sweatshirt underneath his uniform here has done that to me on multiple occasions. Beyond that he’s never greeted any customer as far as I’ve seen and it feels very hostile. Overall not a great experience. The rest of the workers there have been very kind.

Very rude pharmacy manager. Didn't apologize, didn't give refund and didn't want to recheck stock of the medication which caused me an anaphylactic shock. Just said he'll discard my bottle of pills and note my account. I understand the poor ratings.

I’m thankful for the help I received at CVS

Pharmacy said they did not have my prescription in stock and would order it. Have been following up for months and they won’t order prescription or transfer it to another pharmacy to be filled

The lady Ally in the pharmacy was extremely rude and she hung up the phone twice. They need to have people working here that are professinal and know how to treat customers. There are too many people without a job that would love to work and treat customers right. Something needs to be done about the customer service at this place…. There are 3.3k complaints on the complaint board website. That’s unacceptable. Corporate needs to investigate.

The young African-American female worker at the pharmacy today 1/29/25 was incredibly rude with very poor customer service and completely disrespected my boyfriend and I for absolutely no reason. I have never encountered an issue with anyone else at this pharmacy (having come for years) until this evening but it was off putting enough for me to look elsewhere to have my medications prescribed from now on.

The 1-star review is not specifically for the CVS at 6701 Ridge Avenue (next to the Wawa).
This 1-star review is for the CVS Corporation and their outrageous prices for their own CVS Brand of Over the Counter medications.
The prices at CVS for CVS Brand Over The Counter medicines are expensive compared to the same store-brand OTC meds at Target. I don't use the pharmacy at CVS any longer. There was a brief couple of years where my health insurance capitated me to use CVS pharmacy, and I often had problems with my medication refills.

One pharmacy tech is into denying goodrx, but the others don't. Mixed bag. Idk why the one guy enjoys making me spend more money, but he deserves the gulag

CVS is in cahoots with the insurance companies to try to deny your GoodRX prices because they don't want people getting their meds at a reasonable price without insurance. They are contractually obligated to take GoodRX so don't buy whatever story they tell you to try and deny you. CVS is a terrible company contributing to destroying the health of our nation. I avoid unless I have no other choice.
