Never any parking. People are all over the parking lot, no matter where you go including the pharmacy ! sometimes I have to wait thirty minutes or more.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the CVS Pharmacy. My wife, who is pregnant, and I went to pick up her medication. We encountered a pharmacy employee, a dark-skinned Asian guy wearing glasses, who was extremely unhelpful and rude.
We simply asked him if my wife's insurance would cover the medication we were picking up. Instead of assisting us, he abruptly left us in the middle of our conversation and started helping the next customer. My wife and I were left standing there for over 20 minutes, with no explanation or acknowledgment. To make matters worse, my wife's feet were in pain due to her pregnancy.
The employee, who we later found out was named Erick, did not wear a name badge, making it difficult to identify him. Eventually, another employee came to assist us after 20 minutes of waiting.
This experience was very frustrating and unacceptable, especially considering my wife's condition. I hope CVS addresses this issue to prevent other customers from experiencing such poor service in the future.

This is the best Pharmacy that I've found in the city. The hours aren't always convenient but i will deal with that any say over waiting hours for fills or days for digital scripts. Or a pharmacy that seems to never have stock. This location (Target in CVS on bustleton ) is the best. The staff are great and they give such personal service.

I didn’t know that there was a CVS inside Target. The doctor had put in a prescription in and surprisingly there was no long waiting for it to be filled . The customer service was great. I highly recommended this CVS.I will definitely return.

This pharmacy is fine, I got nothing to complaining abt, but their is one elder man work for store cashier he is super mean. I live in 2 mins away, I often shop and have packages to drop off at this location, but this man does not welcome me, EVERY Sunday I dropped off package to him, he alway told me the UPS driver does not come on Sunday and wanted me bring back in Monday. After few times I find out the UPS driver did come every Sunday. I also shop from store a lot, he was my cashier for lots of time, he always looked so serious and never greets. I don’t like to come this location anymore , I go another CVS on bustleton now.

The staff at this location has always been friendly, helpful, willing to go above & beyond their duties to get it right. If all CVS locations were like this one when it comes to customer service they would be golden.
