Came to this cvs for a few items for my wife and I was denied entry to the store by the security guard for some reason. He said that he wasn't going to be doing this. Now this is crazy but I don't know if he is confusing me for some other person or something because he wouldn't explain to me what he was keeping me from shopping for but he didn't have to be insulting like that one.

No wonder why they shutting them down! Everything locked away but no one to unlock items. 20 minutes waiting for a Nyquil. Ended up leaving!

I have 3 CVS within a 3 mile radius of my home in WP and they have nothing on this location! Down to the customer service. I only get to visit one a month and enjoy it every time

This is the worst pharmacy i ordered my medication at 11am went to the window to pickup and they said it not ready. When i called this morning to order my medication. They call the pharmacist he said that i must order it by text. When i clearly did it in person. I had some words with him then he said the order out of stock after he said i must come back in 2 hrs. And when i went inside and asked if they have the medication instock they said yes

I've been to this pharmacy 3 times in the2 days. This store doesn't live up to caring very much about the customers who's prescriptions they fill.

When you need to tell the person that is taking your information to give you your meds to get off her cell phone so she can pay better attention to you and she says that she’s looking up something but you see that it is not work related, she was actually on SHEIN app. She got upset and said I didn’t have a script but I checked and I do have one so now I’m just going to call another CVS so they can pull the script for me and I won’t return to any CVS at all. This place needs is very unprofessional.

Make sure to check your prescription and count each pill before leaving this Pharmacy. They have tried this trick many times with me, giving out less than the amount you’re actually prescribed. I have a prescription it’s supposed to be 60 pills per bottle, they always try to give me less, once they only put 25 pills in the bottle and when I said something to her the lady just smiled and gave me the rest. It also happened to my sister she had Pneumonia and was prescribed something that only required 3 pills, when she picked it up there were only 2. She told them about it and they made her wait 15 minutes just to add that extra pill that was in her prescription to begin with. I see what they’re doing, purposely giving out less medication to people, after you leave the pharmacy you can’t come back and claim there’s missing medication, legally they can’t give it to you and there’s no proof of anything. They get paid the full amount by the insurance without having to provide for the full medication, this is how they make their money. Be AWARE

I don't know where to start. The amount of pain and suffering the pharmacy puts me through is insane and uncalled for. If you need a headache or your blood pressure to go up, this is your pharmacy. How many times does it take for them not to screw up my prescriptions? These people are unprofessional. They need to be investigated and replace by professionals that know what their doing.
