I am so thankful for the care and help of the team at this CVS. They helped me out tremendously and I couldn't recommend this CVS location highly enough. All of the employees are incredibly kind and helpful and helped me troubleshoot a big problem I was having with my prescription. Best CVS in the game :))

Shout out to Michael at the pharmacy for the exceptional service and amazing energy! He was quick, efficient, and gentle administering the vaccines I needed. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions. I will make this my go-to CVS from now on because of him!

I just moved my cvs pharmacy location about 3 months ago and I just have to say that Mike in the pharmacy department is absolutely incredible. He has helped me out and has gone above and beyond with his job. I am no longer having problems with my Medications that have been difficult to get. He is really working hard to fix some inventory issues. Also, he’s so friendly, funny and charming and I couldn’t be happier. Really happy to have met him in person today especially after all the help he’s provided on the phone.

Sending the biggest thanks to the night staff on 10/26. Stopped here twice, the first time I was greeted and shown where the cards were. On the second visit, I needed to get a good amount of ice. Was at a wedding reception and we ran out of ice. The staff helped me and made sure I was good to make the walk back. Please recognize the great customer service this team provided.

I’ve always had very good experiences with the pharmacy staff in person, which has been a breath of fresh air. But a recent phone call to the pharmacy regarding a prescription was totally unhinged. The woman I spoke with (unfortunately I don’t know her name) was condescending, rude, sarcastic, and incredibly unprofessional. I’m confident it wasn’t someone I’ve ever encountered in person, just by her voice. I know a google review isn’t likely to do anything, but CVS really needs to reign this person in. Aside from that, nearly everything here is locked up and requires an employee to pull from the shelf. Obviously this is due to theft, but I don’t have time or patience for that, I’ll much sooner purchase elsewhere. It also doesn’t have self checkout.

Every prescription that I send in is on back order. I needed ear drops and they couldn’t fill the prescription. The pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone, you are required to leave a voicemail that they may or may not respond to. Additionally all products are locked up.

You cannot get through on the telephone. You are sent on a revolving menu. Finally, you are asked to leave a message and someone will get back to you, and you wait....waiting!

Supposed to open at 8:00 AM and myself and three other customers waited outside for 15 minutes and no one had showed up to open the store before I left. Poor customer service and professionalism.

Love this CVS - the people working are super friendly, the pharmacy is quick and efficient. The location is great, always well stocked - no one seems miserable to working there and it’s always a pleasant time when I’m running errands there.

My insurance pays tens of thousands for medication I need to treat my crohns and this CVS can’t even be open for the hours listed on their website. Taking my meds on time is important for their effectiveness. This is the worst CVS.

Pharmacy doesn't close for another half an hour, and just now some cop straight up told me I couldn't come in and get my meds.Why are you letting police deciding whether or not I can get my antidepressants? You can't let underqualified people mess with customers medicine like this.
