Always easily accessible, prompt customer service that is helpful and courteous. Even though there's typically a lot of traffic thru this location I've always found it to be my go to for prescriptions and convenience when I'm on the GO thru the UCD / UPENN district. Super convenient.

The Staff at CVS-3401 Walnut Street are always polite as soon as you walk in the store! They offer their help if you need it. The Pharmacy technicians always treat me like family! They know my name as soon as they see me and they always hold a great conversation, especially JP! Wilson and Mikeera always try to make sure I have any all prescriptions that I or my mother may need, so that I’ll just have to make one trip!

It's a CVS. It's not a store you go to because you love it you go there because of convenience or to pick up a prescription. I'd say the customer service is usually pretty good and they have a surprisingly great skincare selection and cleaning supplies. The store employees are overall helpful and pleasant but the pharmacists are very rude and judgmental. One lady in particular is always very unpleasant but either way it gets the job done of being a dependable convenience store and pharmacy.

The Pharmacist at this CVS looks incredibly depressed and given up on life when it comes to helping costumers. I went to ask information about an e- prescription and they just told me come in Monday because they weren't sure how to fulfill this order.

I'm updating my review & upgrading my rating, since I've been to CVS many times over the years. CVS has been consistently okay. They don't always have what I need, but many times they do. The employees are nice & helpful. The receipts are still way too long, which not only wastes paper, but also wastes time trying to rip off the extra coupons, throw them away, fold it all up & jam it into my bag. It's annoying, but it's a feature of every CVS I've been to, not this one in particular.

Perfect only issue I couldn't see it upon driving towards CVS because of construction very nice place otherwise
