Absolutely horrible experience. Got sat in the dining area by the hostess to enjoy the 50% off food experience here. 15 minutes go by and not one person comes to greet us or take our order. FIVE waiters standing around talking and occasionally glancing at us but not one person doing a thing. We got tired of waiting and left. What a horrible waste of time. Gaming area is fine but if you’re wanting to take advantage of this Wednesday deal just skip it. Seemed as though every worker was miserable. According to other reviews the food sucks so I guess we dodged a bullet.

Dave & Buster’s in Philadelphia is a vibrant spot where fun and flavor collide. Located right off the Delaware River near the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, it’s the perfect place to score some arcade wins, enjoy a Strawberry Watermelon Margarita during happy hour, or cheer on the Eagles on game day. With a variety of event spaces and packages, they’re equipped to turn any ordinary day into a winning moment. Whether you’re looking for a lively dinner or an exciting game night, Dave & Buster’s delivers with a side of Philly flair.

This is gonna cost you. We visited the arcade with two kids, 6 and 12. They both had fun and walked away with some tchotchke prizes, but be warned: parking is $30, and you'll easily drop $25-50 per kid on arcade games for an hour of play. Games with green lights are guaranteed to give prizes but generally less fun (carnival games like skeeball), while games with blue lights do not give prize tickets, but are cooler (racing bikes, shooting games) and generally cost more.

The location was bustling during my visit, and the staff was readily available to assist with any questions. The food was notably fresh and exceeded the quality I've experienced at other locations.

We love Dave and Busters !!Came here for my birthday last Wednesday for half priced games and it was a BLAST. Honestly I couldn’t praise this location enough. Every employee we interacted with was so friendly from the front desk to the back prize room. Shoutout to the bartenders in the game room, speedy service and super efficient. Don’t really see much of that these days so it was very refreshing! Everything was clean which I greatly appreciated too.Special thanks to the employees in the prize room as they really set the tone for the rest of our night. My boyfriend and I were looking at prizes when we noticed the girl next to us was friendly ripping with the guy behind the counter, they were hilarious! My boyfriend and I have very similar styles of humor so naturally we jumped in. Their positive attitude and welcoming energy were infectious, we loved it! I didn’t get their names but maybe they’ll know who they are. Thanks D&B for making my birthday one to remember !

The food was good. Most of it is a little pricey, especially their drinks. We go in there mostly to shoot pool.

As far as arcades go, this one is pretty solid. It has a decent selection of different types of games, it's clean, and all the workers we interacted with were friendly and willing to help. The drinks we got were delicious, and while the food wasn't mind-blowing, it nonetheless hit the spot and was good for the price. All in all, this place was fun and it was easy to circle around to all the games.

Getting around here is a bit chaotic, especially if you're a parent with kids. We brought our stroller, but getting from the main entrance was a hassle. There's no ramp, which is weird considering there's an elevator, but it's past the stairs. Doesn't make much sense, right? On the bright side, Herry Street Pier is right nearby, and it's such a chill spot to hang out with the fam.
