For the most part, it's good. But, there are certain issues that I, and many other patients, have with the way we're treated. They assign you a time of day for your treatment, and tell you that you have to be there at least 15 minutes in advance. No problem. BUT they make you wait way past the time they're "supposed to" put you on. Again, I can understand. Sometimes things happen that are out of their control. But God forbid you come in a little later than your time. You get yelled at for being late. Then, they'll put you on, and basically just forget about you. I know this sounds harsh, and it's not as bad as that, but when you're a dialysis patient here, that's how it feels sometimes. Let me stress that the nurses and techs are good at their jobs, don't get me wrong, and nice to the patients. The resident doctor is good. There is, however, one particular nurse named Mary. She just doesn't belong in the healthcare industry. She is way too touchy feely and her fake overly sweet act is incredibly annoying. She makes me, along with other patients, very uncomfortable. Also, it seems like the manager of this location is never here. Every time I ask to see her, they tell me she isn't here. Again, overall this particular dialysis center is good. Just a few things that certain people need to work on.
