It saddens me that customer service is not at the forefront of this location of DiBruno Bros! This location is near my office in Center City, and I have had digital gift cards many years and when I attempt it to use at this location..the least effort is made to assist me in using the gift card! This visit I shared that the Ardmore location successfully assisted me in this process and I was turned away for the 2nd time - I was hopeful that the level of customer service would have improved but I was disappointed again!
I enjoy all the offerings that DiBrunos offers, but I will not return to this location again!

I have been a chef for almost 20 years. This location constantly has mediocre or worse food. Salt, Acidity, Texture, none of these come into play here. Pricey cheese and beer. Best employees

Day old chocolate croissant - top smushed in and it was tough and chewy. True calling the store and the customer service line. Just rang and rang no answer. This is not dibrunos quality :/

Horrible latte! No foam and zero care given. Would recommend not paying nearly $6 for a mediocre drink. They also end breakfast sandwiches super early.

This is customer service review. Not a product review. Products are amazing. The staff at this location is terrible: disengaged, rude and not trained to sell high end products. When I went there there were seven people behind the counter and no other customer. It took them 3 minutes to acknowledge my presence as they were too busy joking with each other. The people that fill the shelves occupy all the space so there is barely any space to move. It feels like you are disturbing them. It’s the CVS personnel at a Home Depot location selling high end food. Sad…but very Philadelphia so some people will consider this normal.

So to start this I am a resident at the Franklin. I have yet been able to have coffee here because every time I try to go there they close early. Today I went at 3:30 to the coffee shop to order a coffee, the sign says they close at 4. The girl serving the espresso said she closed the the espresso machine early because she wanted to leave right at 4. If your store closes at 4 you don't close at 3:30 just to leave at 4. There was another couple that wanted coffee but was denied aswell. Bad business and a loss of revenue doesn't seem like something I would want as an owner of a business. The same thing happen the day before I went there 15 minutes before 4 and they said they were closed, they should just say they close at 3:30

The Sicilian Sensation sandwich was okayish; weirdly sweet and the oil sauce wasn't impressive for American Italian (or Italy Italian). Wawa down the street was better. The decor is great anyhow.

I normally get my sandwiches from the rittenhouse location and they are absolutely amazing. went to the chestnut st location, and this was my parma perfection. I’ve attached the screenshot for the menu description. I tried to get this handled privately by reaching out to di bruno’s website but haven’t heard since. this is just the saddest sandwich I’ve seen.

Second time visiting the store, they have a great selection of meats/cheeses, pasta, coffee and more.
I hate when I wander around a store for 10 minutes, pass 3 employees, and no one even says "hello". I purchased Broccoli rabe, in a take out container. Also, some amazing truffle cheese. When I got home I tried the broccoli rabe (which I have eaten from many places and made homemade) and literally could not eat it. My wife spit it out. Could not identify what the horrible flavor was, but maybe bad garlic? Bad oil? Either way, it should have been a better experience. Bummer.
The store was clean, well stocked and looked good.

Don’t recommend this place. Always one barista when you go in and so slow. They’re rude! Also over priced.

The staff was extremely rude. I have been there several times for lunch, but lately the staff has not been friendly at all. I walked in the door and the guy mopping the floor basically barked at me to use the other door. Okay, fine, no big deal. I tried to get a sandwich, then the woman behind the counter either ignored me or did not see me for a few minutes while I was standing there. Once she saw me, she told me there was basically nothing available and there should be something on the shelf because it is prepared food only (which has never been my experience before, but okay). There was nothing on the shelves but overpriced small salads that were labeled as large salads…this must be magic because I know the salads were much larger in the past. Anyways, at that point my lunch break was winding down, so I had to get this apparent large salad, which was not good, and go. Basically I will not be returning. In my opinion, it was not a good idea experience.

No half and half ever. No cup carriers. Cracked lids on the cold brew so now I'm wearing the cold brew. Onions cost 3 dollars.
Staff is friendly though!
