Beautiful modernization of the City Hall grounds with easy access to the trains. However, stay diligent as homelessness and individuals with mental heath issues abound (as do the police).

They're working to maintain the dark looking nice. Its a beautiful place to relax and walk around. There's usually always something fun happening here!
