Staff are now reported as very kind, polite, and helpful, with one employee noted for soft, caring, and sincere greetings. Customers find the employees kind and are happy to recommend the store. A significant current concern is the interior temperature, described as stifling, hot, and very humid with no air circulation, making it uncomfortable to shop. Despite this issue, which is hoped to be addressed, the store is seen as desperately needed in the area.
