The store is supposed to be open at 8am and is not open. The young lady walked to the door multiple times but did not open the door she just walked off.

I was in line for over 15 minutes because the registers were down I completely understand no problem at all.After the register came back online he waited on the woman that was 5 foot behind me in line first.

?This is the second time I've placed an order for pick-up and it was never confirmed, no updates at all... don't offer pick-up service if your staff is not available or unwilling to work.
