The store is supposed to be open at 8am and is not open. The young lady walked to the door multiple times but did not open the door she just walked off.

Let me start by telling everyone on this store that number 1 the employees are extremely rude and disgusting number 2 they always have an attitude against anyone and to the employees from this dollar general you'se should be really ashamed and you'se are very disgraceful how would You tell My mom to get out of the store if she only needed to use the bathroom i was buying some stuff in that dollar general but i had to leave all the ítems because their dollar general employees are so rude and disrespectful due to the fact that my mom needed to use the bathroom I had to go from that dollar general store to my house to take my mom to use the bathroom number 3 their employees complain when their own customers ask them for help so unprofessional and really intolerant. I will never go back to this store and to all the customers that go here be careful and I would recommend to go to another location.

I am reaching out in regards to this location because I entered the premises with my son in the stroller that was sleeping. I am a customer that comes to shop all the time however, today I asked if I could use their bathroom. The lady told me to go next-door while I still walked around to shop. I wanted to get my son some bibs but because I had to use the bathroom so bad I put them back then proceeded to go next-door to Aldi. I was going to come back and finish my shopping. However, the lady follows me to Aldi and accuses me of stealing and to come back and pay for the merchandise yelling at me and embarrassing me in front of the store. I kindly told the lady to look at the cameras that I put it back. She kept on yelling and telling me that’s not to enter her store no longer this is not how you treat your customers. I walked over 2 miles with my son to get what he needed and for her to disrespect me and tell me I was no longer able to enter her store for what reason I don’t know. I told the lady to check the cameras and she still refused and still attacked me. I need somebody to respond to me as soon as possible that this lady will be fired. This is highly unacceptable as I am a general manager at a store as well and this is not how you Treat your customers highly highly unacceptable. I need to know that something will be done about this or I will take legal action as my husband is a lawyer.!!!!!!!

I was in line for over 15 minutes because the registers were down I completely understand no problem at all.After the register came back online he waited on the woman that was 5 foot behind me in line first.

?This is the second time I've placed an order for pick-up and it was never confirmed, no updates at all... don't offer pick-up service if your staff is not available or unwilling to work.

The hours online say they close at 10:00. I went there at 9:15 they were closed. The sign on the door said 8-9.

I just moved to the area and started going to Dollar General for all my household needs, I must say that Valerie the assistant manager is absolutely incredible and the main reason i enjoy coming each week. She told me about the app, showed me how to use it and the best days to come to the store. I was their last week and she shared that she may be transferred and I was incredibly happy but sad she was leaving the Dollar General on welsh road. I praise their customer service and diligence to their customers and to the store, It is always clean and neat and I always find what I need. We will miss you Valerie I know other people feel the same way about you and the staff and wish you nothing but blessings on the new journey and season in another store,Much Much Love,Taylor

I love this place and the workers are always a pleasure to talk to. I’m more upset that dollar general made them work on thanks giving when they were supposed to be with their family really; thankyou workers for helping out on that day and happy holidays. Dollar general… Do better.
