manager is absolutely unreachable, needed change for a transaction and he made the clerk wait literally forever after being called over twice- the shining light of our experience here was Ronneka who was lovely and reassuring and very patient. give this girl a raise!!!!!!!

Went into the dollar store earlier this afternoon cashier told me how much I had to pay I handed him the money and he threw it on the counter i exchanged words with him and I threw the change on the counter I'm an old the black lady and felt offended the supervisor did come and ask what was going on I told her and she said it's taken care of have a good day I'll never come back in the store again

I wouldn't have gave it one star but I couldn't leave a comment this store is a disgrace it's a total mess I wish I would have taken pictures you can't even walk everything's all over the floor management is terrible it's dirty they're out of everything and everything is thrown all over the place this store should be shut down now I remember why I haven't been there in a year I should have taken pictures I walk with a cane foxes everywhere items everywhere looks like a bomb went off in there shut that store down very disappointed customer I will never return there again

My experience at this dollar tree was horrible, I'm disgusted of how ppl can treat other ppl and judge someone just by the way they look, so me and my boyfriend are not from Philly at all, we drove to Philly to meet with a friend on the way out of Philly we stopped by Dollar tree to grab a few things for our place, we go in started looking around I ended up grabbing somethings while he was also looking around himself so me and my boyfriend ended up in the same isle he was on the one side and I was on the other side of the same isle, my boyfriend ended up picking up this strobe ball that glows so of course he opened the little box to make sure it was broken or anything, mind you who wants to pay for something that is broken smh, NOT ME!! Soo this guy comes down the same isle and starts telling him to put the globe back in the box now mind you my boyfriend is very confused of why he is saying that acting like he was going to steal I mean my man looks like one of them guys off of duck dynasty lol so to that guy he probably looked homeless but wasn't at all we have a truck a home, kids etc etc he runs his own business but of course this man ignorant man was judging way before we even got to the cashier to pay for our shit, not cool to do shit like that to ppl we wasn't hiding shit we had all our stuff out in the open, if you ask me he didn't even look like he worked there smh so I will be sure I let everyone and anyone know do not shop there at all

Please investigate on your employees. One particular employee is taking a video of customer’s debit/credit card. This person needs to get fired! That is not ok!

One of the worst stores in the area. Shelves always empty and store is always just looks dirty. Everything all over the place and boxes everywhere. Don’t get me started on the extremely slow cashiers. How does management even get away with this. Pay your staff better maybe?

You all are shady AF scam artists. My card number got stolen immediately after swiping it at your store. Other reviewers are saying the same thing. In fact, when I went to use my card, the cashier's energy seemed strange. She took my card and scanned it herself, even though I didn't need her help. That felt off. Immediately the next morning, my account got hit for dozens of charges and my bank contacted me. My card is now frozen, I have to get a new card, and I have to dispute the charges. Your scammer employees cleaned out my account when I'm already low income and needed that money for a big move. You've now set me back. I'll be contacting the Department of Commerce, BBB, and all other entities who oversee illegal business practices.

Good evening, Google Family. I stopped here after my mom and I ate at Penrose Diner. I needed a toilet bowl brush and some hair products. There were a lot of empty shelves, they needed to restock bad. Also, the associate who waited on me was rude, she barely spoke and she barked at the lady in line ahead of me, telling her not to take anymore plastic bags, she said she already gave her two, so unprofessional. I didn't like this location and I will not be shopping at this location ever again. Good night, Google Family.

Great location! Stocking manager Amanda is amazing, always kind, courteous, efficient, helpful and a multitasking queen!! The store manager Debbie is also great as well as employees Pat, Rose, Shawn and Djamal!
Note to Corporate: having a security guard on duty would be very useful to protect clients' and staff safety and a worthy investment due to shady characters being attracted to an unprotected store and thus threatening both customers' and staff's safety, not to mention taking items without paying for them! That's why I give the store a 4 and not a 5, thanks ?

I don't like the idea that we shop here, but there are no restrooms ? for emergency use inside this store. I understand that there are no public restrooms, but my grandmother had an emergency, and they straight up say no restrooms was there we had to leave didn't even bother to shop there anymore had to hurry across the road and use the restaurants

The cashiers shouldn't be packing food with liquid cleaners. I had to throw away 2 food items because the bottle of cleaner leaked all over my food items. Please advise your employees.

No matter how busy the store is, nor the time of day or day of week I shop there, I always seem to check out quickly and never stand in the lines for very long. :):):)
