The majority of the time you can't find what you're looking for. The store is not as stocked as it is in Chesapeake Virginia. I'm a little disappointed. Have a great day

Every time I come in my community look like the shelf is not filled.Long lines. Going to Store out my community to stores, there's no long line and the store is very clean.

You all need to close this store down. It's been years. It's never really anything in this store. The customer service is lake Lester. The I want to be at work is double lake luster, and it's just a chaotic, not put together mess

I decided to come to this location was in the area and will be my first and last was a mess shelves was empty and didn't like the customer service you wait until you clear a line to be on your cellphone with a airpod in a ear its a new year this store needs tighten up

The place would be somewhat ok if it opened on time. Its Literally 8:30 and even some of the staff can't get in. I literally watched the person with the keys walk out the store while there is a line including myself lock the door back and leave and the staff calling her cell phone keeps getting sent to voicemail

A lot of the shelves are empty, along with the freezer section. Empty? But they have great service, staff will stop what they're doing to help you. And make sure satisfied;)

Terrible service never has employes there was a long line today and I asked the cashier to ring up my items and tell me what the remaining balance was after giving her 4.15$ instead of her entering that into the system so I can know how much extra I owe her she hold the line up and then tells me I’m short when I come back it literally took me 5 seconds to get the remaining balance she gave me a problem and proceeded to tell me I was 10¢ short and she had it in her purse.

I came to the dollar tree to get some things and they are closed and I’m not sure why. They’re always open on Sunday and there’s no note explaining why. This is very inconveniencing.

I shop here weekly. I appreciate the kindness, effort, and professionalism I've experienced as a customer. Everyone I've encountered here was gracious and helpful. I pray this location stays here because it is a staple in this community. I'm always happy with the selection of merchandise, and if it isn't in stock, I know it's a hot item. They make great use of the square footage, and every aisle is organized. 5 stars to their team and management. I will continue to shop here indefinitely.

I love Dollar Tree but yesterday I had a really bad experience at this one , the shelves were empty and really disorganized with a lot boxes on the aisles blocking the way, but the worst thing happened when I went to the self checkout registers , I was in line when a woman asked Are you in line? I said yes then a cashier came from somewhere and told to the woman behind me (Arrived after me) (You can come here to pay) without asking me anything ,I said ok .
When I was paying at self checkout there wasn’t no bags and I needed one , there was a worker next to the my register ( talking with a friend and no taking any cares of the customers needs) so I paid , I carried Everything on my arms and I promised to myself this is (The First and Last time ) I won’t come back here never again.
I felt really bad because I really love Dollar Tree.

Great location & are usually stocked but their customer service is horrible & they always close early. I was there a few days ago & they closed at 8:45pm. They weren’t letting anyone in after 8:45 & the employees were screaming across the aisles cursing & gossiping. Honestly the employees need to be retrained.

It’s a black lady with glasses that works here horrible customer service. I was in line while she was cursing up a storm telling the (what I’m guessing is her supervisor) how everybody is pissing her off and how she’s angry with the last customers. She Didn’t speak to anyone in line, didn’t even say anything when handing the receipt over.
