Donna the cashier is the worst person ever!!! She rude loud disrespect and she had a terrible odor!!!! Went in there today she was on the phone and arguing with customers because she couldn’t do her job!!!

Y’all employee Donna has a VERY VERY NASTY ATTITUDE I was there today as she cussed out three customers and me for no reason. She was handling us while on the phone using one hand and let customers walk out with merchandise all because she didn’t want to do her job.

Whoever was the lady who was on closing shift (woman with blonde hair) today December 4th 2024 was extremely arrogant and had very bad customer service. I entered the store around 7:42pm and as soon as I entered she rudely stated on the loud speaker “ Attention customers you have 7 minutes left to shop, if you are not up here in 7 minutes you will be asked to leave the store” . And then kept counting down every 2 minutes rushing customers to the register way before closing time which was 8pm! That is no way to speak to customers first of all. She was rushing customers to stop shopping way before the store even closed , that’s very poor customer service ! Then as we’re leaving out she’s standing by the door as customers leave without saying a word.. no have a good night or anything, she was huffing and puffing while I was checking out as if we did something wrong to her by simply shopping. Staying past your shift comes with working in retail, if you don’t like that find a different occupation period.

This dollar tree have been really empty lately . Every time I go in to pick up a few things I need nothing is never in stock . It’s beginning to get frustrating because this is my local dollar tree and I’m never able to get the things I need from here.

This Dollar Tree, despite its convenient location, faces several issues that could be resolved with effective management. The aisles are often cluttered, with items scattered on the floor and unpacked boxes obstructing the path of individuals with disabilities and elderly customers. Furthermore, outside the store's entrance, people have been using the wall as a public restroom, resulting in a foul odor due to constant urination. This situation not only compromises the overall cleanliness of the store but also poses a health hazard to visitors.Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment is crucial for the health and safety of everyone who uses the shopping center. I hope the property management takes appropriate steps to address this issue.

this locatin is simply horrible! i went shopping for christmas bags today and i was basically digging thru bags located on the floor / ground! There was no garland! The store had trash / boxes all over. I waited 20+ minutes in line for 8 items after 5 minutes of shopping. When i asked for a manager to my surprise the woman at the register for my line was the manager! There was literally 1 person in front of me the entire time i was in line. I told her she was not a good example to her employees. And the store smelt like piss and liqour! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!!

Went today 8/21/23 and it was one person on a register with the line all the way to the back of the store. Lazy workers just sit in that booth while one person works.
