When I hear stories like the one I’m about to share, it’s hard for me to comprehend that it really happened! But today it did right in front of my eyes!! Also, in front of the eyes of an employee! I spend my hard earned money in the store. I stood in shock as I watched a man literally stuff is black backpack, full of items, including at least $30 worth of candy. When his backpack was so full, he could barely zipper it, He went over to another aisle picked up a large brown cardboard box that had not been opened, Was not put out yet by the employees. He picked up the large box, put it on his shoulder and strolled out of the store. I was in shock. I alerted an employee who watched him cross the parking lot and go toward the Sunoco gas station. Out loud, I said to another patron that I just couldn’t believe what happened! Within a few seconds as I was stating out loud that I could not believe what happened. A gentleman and I went outside to see if we could see him , but he disappeared across the boulevard. Most likely catching a bus. What shocked me was when I was told by the employees that they are not allowed to stop anyone who walks out of the store with merchandise. Seriously this man had to have at least 100 or more dollars worth of stolen merchandise that he will probably sell to some area merchant for maybe $.50 on the dollar!This is a disgrace.
I doubt if I will ever go back to the store. I doubt if I’ll ever go into another Dollar tree. Prices are being raised , I now believe more so Due to theft. Apparently, the company doesn’t care to prosecute either. Shame on Dollar tree!!

Some of the cashiers are very rude but there is a very older lady that works during the day. She is so sweet and she's very nice to people. She has great customer service. Maybe she needs to train her co-workers. And sometimes when you go in there, it feels like they don't even want to ring you up.

I love dollar tree but this particular store is always messy
Lots of boxes around. I like the selection but this is the closest store to me but not my favorite Dollar tree (Dungan Rd is better)

I was in this STORE 3/1/24 BUYER BEWARE CHECK RECIEPTS B 4 leaving THIS STORE. I was OVER CHARGED $3.00 for a 3rd bag of blueberries, I didn’t purchase!!! I called store to resolve my issue and this is how she handled it well check your receipt might not have been an over charge….. BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! Really?!! MISS why would I waste my time to call you if I wasn’t sure?!!! 3 stars is too much

This dollar tree is fully stocked with a wide variety of products. The staff were friendly and helpful. Usually, each dollar tree I purchased items at in the past has had a long line. This particular store was quick and efficient at completing the sales process.
