This company is a scam run by lawyers who think they can walk all over you and disregard any changes or updates you try to make to your service. They owe me multiple credits on my account and although I have tried to adjust my invoice for the past six weeks no one I the office can figure it out or just change it for me - weird.
To make matters worse, when you call, the managers like Dennis are not even available to talk, and when they are, they tell you they will call you or email you which they never do. Seems like they are scared of doing actual work. I have written my letter for ending my contract and will make sure to send it in promptly because if I am late I know I am getting sued.
The only good things about the Philadelphia branch are Karl, my route manager, Chris, my delivery guy, and Nina in accounts receivable. This review is meant for their managers, because at the end of the day they are doing their job while the GM and corporate office hide from any issues. Do not sign up to use this company unless you want to waste your time writing reviews like this hoping that things will get resolved. What a bad trip.
Edit: Unfortunately all that I had to do was write a review of my experience to get a call back. I do appreciate the follow up and hope that the necessary changes can be made.

The only good thing about this company is their towel quality. Everything else is terrible. I’ve been charged for 4 years for a logo rug we never received. They swap out rugs with crappier rugs and when you complain, nothing happens or they laugh about it. Again, only keeping my company with them for the towels……. Whenever they decide to show up and to their complete job.

This company tricked my employee into signing a long-term contract without disclosure. When I canceled due to terrible service, they hit me with a $4,000 cancellation fee and are now threatening legal action!
Looking at the reviews, I’m not alone—they seem to trap small businesses with hidden fees and unfair contracts. Avoid them at all costs! Reporting them to NYC Consumer Protection.

This company is a big scam please stay away
Update: the company replies with payment delays because thinks that can intimidate the business, but they would send you bills for delivery that they never do because they always justify that they are short staffed.

Beware..read negative reviews first before even thinking of calling them..they are the worst company i ever dealt with and I have been in the business for 25 years..they send a nice guy or girl to sign you up then your worst nightmare starts..overcharging..no delivery because they have no drivers..yet you still have to pay..extremely rude managers and drivers..and if you even Think of leaving..they will sue you..I had to wait 36 months in absolute drama to start calling other companies..yet they still try to bully me that I owe them more money which I didnt..please..as a business owner stay away from this company because you will certainly regret it..you have enough on your plate to deal with this drama.thanks for reading my review.

This company is a scam and needs to be investigated in. They will charge you for service that they didnt provide. I have worked with my other company for years till 2 sales people walked into my business and offered that you only pay if you receive service. They billed me for 3 times when they didn't even change the rugs or gave rags. I called and told them, their response was we cannot do anything about it and if you want to cancel you have to pay a hefty fee? You guys know you are scammers and just want to steal money.
If anyone is considering switching please read all reviews and know it’s best to not work with them.
I rarely write bad reviews because I know it can affect someone’s business a lot but these people are scammers.

I have been in business for 40 years. I have tried and tried just to get my uniforms delivered. every week something is missing or they just forget to take the dirty clothes and leaves my guys with nothing to wear. Sorrry guys you gotta go now. Ferino bros shell. Also This may be the second time ever for me to give a 1 star. But they really are that bad.

I’ve dealt with a fair amount of linen companies in my 25 year career of owning multiple pizzerias. I’ve only had to cancel two linen companies. One was simple. I canceled for poor service and that was it. Domestic, however, has been quite an issue. Just a warning to anyone considering them. They are more expensive than most but promise impeccable service. Their linens/service include:
Cigarette burns in aprons
Broken strings on most aprons
Stained rags
Promise to fill all paper towel, toilet paper and soap dispensers as well as air fresheners. Instead they leave you refills(if you ask) and you fill yourself
They skip weeks with no warning and you chase them
Once you cancel they claim you signed a 5 year contract(never did)
After you cancel they don’t service you, but still Charge you.
After my experience, I don’t know why I’m surprised that they can’t handle a cancellation any better than they can service their clients. Still waiting for a call back after receiving their silly threatening letter. I have text messages from employees and surveillance footage of all of my claims. Good luck!

This company should be investigated for their business practices. I started service in 2020 with a list of things I get billed for. Every week I do not receive what I am paying for and kept getting charged more money. I called to cancel and get was told that my contract automatically renewed without my knowledge and the manager told me if you want to cancel your service your going to have to pay me. You have my full and undivided attention now and after I respond to your bogus legal letters I am going to report them to the better business bureau and further. Instead of manager saying what can I do to retain your business he is telling me if you want to cancel your going to have to pay. Absolutely not. I will make sure that they get investigated. If the manager spent more time on customer service rather than trying to muscle people maybe the company would not even need these bogus contracts and would keep all their customers.

2 months of no showing and still charging while giving us the runaround. Then after canceling their payments they try and claim a $3k contract termination fee...worst service ever!
