I placed the order, in addition to taking longer than expected, the delivery man arrived at the destination to deliver, completed the order and left without delivering the food.

I left my usual pizza spot because they kept messing up my orders. I've since ordered from this dominos a bunch of times and not one mess up! Thanks guys I appreciate the attention to detail ?

Okay look, it's a dominos I get it but this location is ALWAYS on point. The people who work there are always very nice and the food often looks better than the social media pictures that corporate puts out. Not all dominos are created equal but this store you can tell is run by people who care and their rewards program can't be beat.

If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza and a salad for contactless delivery, and opted for text notifications. Once I got the message that my driver was in my neighborhood and arriving shortly I turned my porch light on and watched for it at my window. After 20 minutes still nothing, and the delivery got marked completed. I called the store to see what happened, and im disgusted with the customer service. The girl on the phone just insisted it was delivered, and told me somebody stole it then. Which was not the case, I was watching, and I have a ring camera. I even tried to explain that there is two apartment complexes with the same name, in two different locations, and she wouldn't even let me speak, just argued that it was delivered and stolen. I filed a report and all they offer me is a coupon for a free pizza? As if that makes up for it. Absolutely terrible.

This place is a disappointment for sure. Ordered Extra Sausage for my pizza and barely got sausage at all. Not to mention the sandwich. I took one bite and then opened it up to see it was missing the meat, cheese and everything else. The only thing good was the sprite soda. Got a refund from the manager.(seems familiar with their mishaps)Avoid ordering if you can.

To be fair I don't really have an option to rate the atmosphere anything but 0 as this was a delivery service issue. But feel free to check the atmosphere yourself as I can't really accurately comment on it. Same for the food. I mean everyone knows what kinda quality of food they are getting going to a dominos but technically for this specific situation I cant really give an accurate rating as I never received my food. Basically I got home from a late night shift and ordered a small pizza and dessert for delivery. My order was immediately accepted and was in the "prep" stage for about an hour and half. I messaged the texting help system to start the cancellation process when I was notified the order was now actually out for delivery by someone named DM so I shouldn't worry it'll be here soon. Then it was out for delivery for over 2 hours. (I would have cancelled sooner but honestly fell asleep. After a long late night shift and a 4 hours delivery process from a place that is like 15 minutes away my eyes were barely open). Anyway at this point I'm thinking no big deal. Gotta be a glitch with the website I'll just submit for a refund. I got a response from them almost immediately which was great but they offered me a coupon for a free pizza. I apologized for the miscommunication on my part (there really wasn't one I was very clear but again. Mistakes happen. I was attempting to be polite) I told them I understand if the coupon needs to be returned but since I ordered a pizza, dessert and paid delivery charges I really need a refund not a coupon. I've now had to message them 3 more times because now that I have been abundantly clear that I need a refund, they mysteriously haven't been able to answer for 3-4 days. So weird since it took them only a couple hours to send a coupon that expires in 2 weeks that accounts for only a fraction of the money I paid to them to receive nothing.I will be honest I did eventually go very Karen-y on them and I did feel bad at first but at this point it's just ridiculous and I don't feel as bad anymore.

Several people explained that this location will mess up the order and say they can only give a credit refund making us customers try to order again which is ridiculous. I ordered at 7:30, got my food at 8:30 and they forgot to bring a pizza. Called at 8:30 to get my pizza delivered and at 9:15, called again to cancel since they still did not show up to deliver the pizza. Alejandro got on the phone saying “what’s the problem” and continued to be rude the whole time, I asked for the store managers name and he repeated the name Wayne about 5 times like if I didn’t understand the first time. The food was cold, made sloppy & not good at all and the customer service is horrible, I asked for a refund and got told credit. So now I’ll just keep following up with Wayne the store manager to get my refund because this place honestly needs to be shut down. Don’t be miserable like Alejandro, if you hate your job, quit :)

Ordered 60$ in food + 2lt soda when delivered, no soda. Guy said they were out of soda but still got charged 4 it. They wanted to give store credit, so I would have to order from them again. I told them I wanted cc refund. After 3 days I checked cc , they changed it again. I was about to dispute charges, when the finally fixed it. Pretty shadey place, no apology or anything. They knew they were out of soda but tried to charge me ??

Ordered food online the price was $29.76 on receipt paid with my debit card I tipped the driver cash when he came but they charged my debit card $34.76 I called to find out why and got a runaround I will not be ordering again PS I have email receipt, bank statement and camera showing I tip the driver
