Zero stars. The shift manager ignorant asian lady is the worse that worked on 3/30/24 3:30pm! She is rude and dumb. I went there for a large coffee and croissant breakfast sandwich everyday for $6.15 daily and they refuse to replace a bad undercooked sandwich. The Manager on this day really is a piss poor employee. They just lost a daily customer spender of $6.25 per day everyday! I will not go back, they suck!

If you go through the drive through- check your bag. And also check your coffee. I was given a large hot coffee today half filled. I will never go back to this location again.

I purchased at 2201 Penrose Ave. This morning and when I got into the house I noticed that my order was missing a item that I paid for..I called multiple times which no one picked up the phone at all ..I do not recommend this site at all ...

This used to be the BEST Dunkin’ in the area but the new staff is trash. My toasted muffins are cold with the butter unmelted, the bacon is burnt, the bathroom is filthy and the manager- Asian lady w/dark thin hair, is nasty and petty. Unfortunately, this Dunkin has gone to the dogs. The best one is front & Oregon now.

I went today to this location because I get charged twice from one Indian guy who works there I pay him cash and I gave him may phone to scan the app to get points like I do every day so he charge me again I went back to show them the charge and the manager Asian lady with blue shirt came out to tell me no it’s impossible even I show her my bank account that’s I get charged twice she doesn’t want to listen she was very rude and in respectful and bad customer service she should not be a manager even employee at that location I ask her can I talk to the Indian guy who I gave cash she said no no showing hand this is very bad experience I get I will never go there again you loosing one of your customers I use to go there every day so no more again!!!!!

My wife came in today for some breakfast. The Asian lady wearing blue is rude and unprofessional. We assume she is either shift lead or manager there. This place has been always good except today. She talks to us like we bagging her for free food or something. We have money to pay for the meal lady! Go back and get trained again.

Been going here since it opened. Service was always great until yesterday. I’ve never in my life been treated so horribly by a MANAGER of a store. I ordered a toffee nut iced coffee and received something chocolate. When I went in and said my order was wrong, she proceeded to argue with me that it was right and there is mocha in the recipe. I showed her the side of the cup where the ingredients are listed. Nowhere was mocha listed. She continued to argue with me. I asked for the manager and very nastily said “I manager “. I was shocked that a manager would treat a customer so terribly for a mistake that they made. It’s a cup of coffee. Just say I’m sorry and make another one. So I threw it in the trash behind the counter and told her I’m reporting her. As I can see from other reviews here, Miss Gin needs to take some management courses and this Dunkin should reprimand her or they won’t have much business if she continues to work there and treat customers the way she does.
