Had a very lovely experience. I ordered from afar for a friend near this location. Day of delivery I learned I put the wrong address. The delivery driver was LOVELY and helped me get it to the right place (even with me being clueless) and I cannot thank them enough. :)

They were swamped on Valentine's Day, but yet they still provided excellent service and products. Tatyana, especially went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect!! Definitely recommend.

Haven't tasted it yet to say anything other than first impressions. I don't know if it's the packaging or the delivery person, but as soon as the man handed me my arrangement, it stunk of perfume/cologne. Gave me a horrible migraine and my eyes are very itchy from the smell.This was a sympathy gift after the death of my cousin. Didn't really want this migraine on top of my grief. This smell is overpowering and I can't even enjoy this gift that was sent to cheer me up. There's also a very gooey film on the fruit and one of the pineapples is very squishy. Looks okay enough but it feels like it's either rotted or on its way.I've always had good experiences with Edible Arrangements so I'm not sure if it's this location or if they've just declined in quality.

Absolutely wonderful attentive service!!Called for a birthday gift, but I was too late for a same day delivery. Got a call back from a location in Wynnewood, owned by the same couple. Said they would deliver my arrangement by 5:00. At 4:02 I received a picture of the arrangement delivered to my friend who is in a nursing for the first time on his birthday. I drove 30 minutes to this location just to be told that they close at 5 o'clock in there same day orders are done at 4pm but I got there at 4:07pm I was 7 minutes too late and it's not on them it's corporate fault that's what the manager PK said out of his own mouth So if I was you guys I wouldn't Waste your time going there Clearly this location Does not care about their customers

Disappointed in the poor business practices here and would not recommend. Unfortunately, since they do not leave deliveries at residential front doors, I had to call in and was told, after being on hold for 15 minutes, that they’d call me back since they weren’t sure they could still drop off. Couple hours go by - no call back. I call in again and am on hold with the manager another 15 min or so- she tells me I need to pick it up if I wanted it same-day. Okay no problem - so I drive and pick up- takes them another 15-20 minutes to find my order. They eventually find it.. No apologies. No delivery refund or future discount or anything. Not even a free balloon (which they have about 50 of in the front lobby) for my troubles. Very disappointing business practices - won’t be using again. Expected more from a service company.

i should have read the reviews before even considering. i bought 2 dozen of roses and a fruit tray for my fiance Birthday. when i got them home There were dead petals on the roses i didt gave time to go bk to the store &that was just yesterday. Now today is her actual birthday and woke up all the roses are dead! i had better roses at 711 like what the smh kind of mess is this.

this place is the worst, we were hesitant to order due to the poor reviews but since there was no other edible arrangements delivering locally we decided to bite the bullet and try this particular location hoping that the overall brand might provide some basic quality assurance. what a bad assumption! the arrangement delivered looked absolutely nothing like what we ordered, which happens sometimes but it would have been acceptable had it been of a similar size and quality. what we got looked like it was about a half or third of "value" of what we have ordered (we have been using edible arrangements across country for decades so we know about the general quality of this chain)not only that, the fruits received were spoiled and UNEDIBLE on arrival! we called the following day to see if they were willing to make it right but the person who took the call was rude, abrupt and patronizing ... unwilling to address our complaint. I called the corporate number and left them an official complaint which is probably the only thing that can be done when franchisees provide such poor quality and poor customer service that they tarnish the brand.

Avoid this place at all costs. I got given a fruit basket that went bad in a day. They're serving rotten fruit. The manager will fight with you to get a replacement.

Not only is the fruit fresh, but the Customer Service is the best. I love this location
