People were very pleasant very fast the car was cleaned we were in and out in 15 minutes

I am very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and customer service I received at this location. An employee at this company stole my MacBook Air, AirPods Max and other very expensive items.I was told by the manager at this location that the items in my vehicle had been discarded but upon further request received 2 of the items of lesser value (bicycles)that were in my car when it was returned to enterprise. I even showed the manager, Max Pascavitch, that my located app (Find My) was showing my items location on his property and still wasn’t allowed to try and identify it at the “lost and found”I will never rent from these thieves again.

They picked us up at Faulkner within minutes of me getting there. They had my car, rental ready. Signed my paperwork and was off. Dropped my rental off at Faulkner.
