Enterprise rented me a car with a broken AC unit. I rented the car at the end of the day right before they closed. I called them the next day to let them know there was a problem with the AC. They told me there was nothing they could do right away. I had to drive 16 hours to Georgia in the heat with no AC. I was told that they would give me a car the next day to replace the one they gave me. When I went to exchange the car I was told they do not have one. When I called the office that rented me the car I was told they will try to get me one the next day. The next day I was able to get a new car. I had the car for three days without any air-conditioning in very hot Georgia which was horrible. I let that go and thought to myself things happen. A month after I returned the car I received a notice in the mail that I was being charged $2600 for the broken Air conditioner. DO NOT RENT A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM SCREWING YOU OVER!!

I use Enterpise all the time, as I travel a lot for both work and leisure: at least 8-10 times a year. Enterprise staff throught the US are awesome, but my recent visit to Philadelpia, I had the pleasure to have Steve help me with my rental. He was the best Enterpise team member I have ever experienced! He was super friendly and thorough. If you need a rental in Philly, go to this location.

I went to book online and needed an SUV with short notice and nothing was available so I called and Logan from this location picked up. He literally went above and beyond throughout the process of finding a car for me, getting me setup, and making sure everything was perfect for my experience. I'm not one to write reviews but Logan seriously helped me out so a massive appreciation out to him and if you are coming here and see him, you're going to be taken care of.

I'd even be willing to sacrifice convenience, cost efficiency, and people who pick up the phone to make sure I only shop at a business that's owned by a family. Thankfully I don't have to make that sacrifice at Enterprise!After reflecting during those 400+ loops, I decided to not to ask my question, which was "Hey, when I picked up the car, it had less than a half tank of gas, so can I return it with just that much, or do I have to fill it all the way up? Because the latter seems a little unfair." I realized that even if I am expected to fill the car all the way back up, I could just return the car with a half tank, and then pay the $12/gallon fee for the refill. This way, I could give more money to the family-owned business that I empathize with so much!

I rented a car here twice...My first experience was really good; the guy informed me that the car I requested wasn't available, and gave me the list of other cars that are available. He asked me for permission before charge me for each options. It didn't approximately take less than 5 minutes. In my second experience, the lady didn't say a thing when she brought out the different car, but I didn't complain because the price/size difference wasn't that big, but she asked me if I want to upgrade to mustang. Anyways, she proceeded to charge me for the insurance when I really didn't need it. Later, I called the company and talked to one of the employees that I want to get a refund for insurance, and she sounded really annoyed. I'll continue to use this place in the future but I don't think I want to come back here if I have to experience the same situation.

The manager 7th Chestnut st.was fantastic! She was professional and on the ball. I was not kept waiting..In and out.When l returned the sun she ask if everything was OK. Suv was clean. I will be back.?

This location people will try to charge you extra. I always had a good experience with Enterprise But this location people are rude and they just me extra because i was late 15 mins. they charges me for 1 hour. Ever gas was full still they charged me for Gas.

I had an excellent experience at Enterprise. My reservation was short notice. The vehicle (Hundai Elantra) was clean. The customer service was excellent on pick-up and return. The rental agent, Teeasia, was polite, courteous, and very professional. And the cost was very reasonable. I will do business again.

This was perhaps the best rental car experience I have ever had! Andrea, who was the customer associate, was friendly, prompt, thorough-going in her explanations, and professional in her demeanor. With intake and drop off! Her presence made the difference!
