The building is clean and seems well secure. Kyle helped me get my unit, made it easy n fast, showed me the unit, went over the contract info and is very polite.

Kyle at Leverring Street Extra Storage was key in helping me to get access to our locker while we out of the country. Our flight was changed and movers arranged to move our belongings, I had the key, Kyle made it happen that our daughter could get a key and we did not have to change our arrangements. Thank you.

So much has changed in the last few months. The management has changed.
It is HOT in the building because the company is increasing the temperature inside. The prices for units has increased twice in the last few months.
When I began storing my stuff there it was under $300 a month for a 10x10 unit.
Now it is $464.78 a month.
STAY AWAY this place thinks it’s renting a an apartment instead of a storage unit.

I had a great experience The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always available to help with any questions I had. I felt confident that my belongings were safe, and the access hours were convenient. The process to rent a unit was easy, and the rates are very reasonable for the quality of service provided.
