I waited on hold for over 30 minutes. I called the office earlier this week and was informed there were no available sick visits and that someone would call me back. Nobody ever phoned back. Recently, this office has been terrible at communicating.

Delilah was super friendly and very helpful in being responsive and coordinating communication in-person information between me and Dr. Parenti as well as fax information to a third party when an insurance issue came up. Great staff at this office!

The staff are incredible and accommodating, as well as compassionate. Delilah has played a huge role in my student experience and education by setting up opportunities to shadow with physicians here. She always provides great assistance!

I recommend Pcom at City Ave to everyone. From the receptionist to the great Doctors there. I was treated so kindly have great Doctors that actually listened to my concerns. I went in with Flu like symptoms and was tested on site. After finding out it was a Strep Throat I was prescribed antibiotics and my prescriptions reached my pharmacy before getting home. I recommend it highly.

I’ve been coming to PCOM seeing Dr.Morris and Dr Finkelstein for many years now and with each visit it gets better and better. I can see a big change in the staff and the office in general especially these last 2 to 3 years. This is a good thing! All I see when I come there is great team work. When one has trouble in the lab the girl will call for help on their walkie talkies and someone comes running to jump in to help. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for great care, great bedside manner, and a sense of purpose. PCOM you rock!!

Michelle Atkins is very pleasant and extremely helpful. She always makes me feel welcome and I look forward to seeing her when I have a doctors appt. Dr. Tanaka is an excellent doctor and I would recommend her to anyone. Julia is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable of various medications and their side effects. I had a wonderful experience at my appt.

My experience with Ms Delilah was exceptional! She went above and beyond to meet the needs of both the Pulmonary /Family practice that she represents, as well as assisting other health professionals in taking care of patients’ needs. Michele A, Antoinette B, Nye F. and Fatima D along with Delilah H are always soooo wonderful and welcoming. They were having a Breast Cancer Event today that was very beautiful. The display and handouts were a great takeaway. The staff and the providers are Phenomenal. Highly recommended.

The breast cancer set up was really nice, Michelle T and Fatima was very welcoming when I came in the office. They answer any questions I had. Friendly, helpful and joyful and respectful.

I have seen a COMPLETE turnaround with the Suite 100 office. Fatima has done a fabulous job with transforming the office. You feel peace and calming when you walk in there.Also, I would like to acknowledge Michelle T. for the last 2 months, I've had to call for something pertaining to my husband or my self, and Michelle T, was so helpful EVERY SINGLE TIME. She is quick with call backs, and answer all the questions. Very Professional and efficient.
