Did two drop ins, one for a functional fitness session with WOD and one as an open gym. Total recommendation! Great studio, great atmosphere and Wil us super nice and accomodating!

Excellent CrossFit gym. The trainers are top-notch and are very good at correcting your form. They are experts at adjusting exercises to fit my abilities, and I've never felt better. An added plus, I have made some wonderful friends here, the community is welcoming and friendly.

I was in town for a week and was able to get my powerlifting workouts in, even though it’s a CrossFit gym. The equipment was very good, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great place to train!
