“This is perfect for people who aren’t really “gym people,” like me. Whenever I go to a regular gym, I end up spending an hour and a half just waiting for machines or trying to figure out what to do. With time being so valuable, I really appreciate a structured 45-minute workout that actually lets you focus on working your muscles without the guesswork.
The classes are great because someone is guiding you through the workout, making sure your form is correct and helping modify exercises if needed. It makes the whole experience much less intimidating and a lot more effective.
I also really appreciate the customer service. Everyone has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. My absolute favorite coach is Meg, but honestly the entire team has been wonderful.
Highly recommend if you want an efficient workout with a supportive environment.”

“My husband and I joined this gym because it was around the corner from our condo in callowhill. I have to say, without a doubt, it was the best gym ever. This gym felt like an extension of our house, it was casual and had every piece of equipment you would need. I only like cardio and free weights and they had it all! I would recommend to anyone to become a member. Also, it was extremely affordable in an otherwise inflated economy. Thanks for keeping your prices fair! We moved out of Philly, but we will miss this gym!!”

What sets Kasey apart is her read on people. She knows exactly when to push and how hard, so you leave every class having done more than you thought you could, without ever feeling broken. That instinct is rare and it’s the whole reason I keep showing up.
The group format makes it. Everyone shows up supportive, no ego, and the crew is genuinely fun to be around at 6 a.m., which is no small thing.
I also train with Kasey on running-specific work, track sessions for speed and hill repeats for power. My pace and strength have both jumped since I started. The workouts are always creative and fun!

“I was a member for nearly three years and found the gym to be a peaceful space for routine workouts--and very convenient as a tenant at The National. (The bliss of not having to leave the building for the gym when it's downpouring or when temps are in single digits is a real thing.) The Kinesis equipment also made my workouts more interesting, as long as you look up some exercise options ahead of time or ask a trainer about it.
