They refuse large packages, even when you’ve hauled a heavy item on foot because you don’t have a car. They didn’t even check the back to see if they could make room, just said no, go away. FedEx should shut the site down.

This fedex onsite sucks. They don't accept real packages, only tiny like paper A4 box, which you can buy onsite.
Just was there recently. If you expect to send a gift better go to other carrier place.
