We had an event at the Loews Hotel Philadelphia and Kyle made everything so easy for us. He worked with us prior to the event to get all of our signage printed and ready for us, he was even able to print some signage that popped up last minute preventing a lot of stress. Onsite, we discovered a costly omission on our signage and Kyle came to the rescue. We told him the issue, he came up with the solution and had a vinyl print ready to fix the sign within an hour. Overall, Kyle was amazing, I wish we could work with him on every event.

Hey FedEx your driver almost kill me on the highway. He tried to merge Into my car as I was driving straight and I had to slam my breaks in my highway because the giant FedEx truck merge to the paasinge lane going 20 miles per hour for no reason when there was none in front of the d*** truck guy ... Cars behind me slam breaks tok and honk I was so scare the truck was gonna push me off the road

You lost my package and your "systems are down" for the past 2 days? This company is pathetic and a scam, you did not successfully deliver a package, do not say it was delivered. I bought a sound bowl from Nepal and had it shipped, not only did Fedex lose it, they won't be accountable for it cause they claim it was delivered in a private community. Don't use fedex, for a logistics company, you're not good at it.

I came to this location desparate after calling/visiting 2 other locations near downtown. Both told me my print job could not be done til 12pm next day. Stopped in to.this location in the Loews hotel, Kyle the store manager saved my meeting even when I showed up 5 minutes before closing time. He stayed 2 hrs past closing to see my print job through. That is #1 excellent service. Professional, courteous and a can do attitude. Thanks a million Kyle!!!

Totally blown away by this team. I randomly walked in hoping to buy some bubble wrap to ship large awkward items from the hotel back to my office. Cheryl immediately greeted us and after hearing what needed to happen, she pulled the manager aside and recommended that he help us. Gary didn't hesitate. He made our request the #1 priority. He came up to the conference room to see what we were shipping, then returned to the store to get supplies and another team member to help us pack. The two men took care of everything. They were fast and true masters of logistics. Everything was packed up quickly. Never in a million years did I expect this type of service from a FedEx Office. These guys are true problem solvers!!

Alright so I went here trying to get a portfolio book printed, the first time it was printed it had the coil on the wrong side. They fixed it but when I got home they had somehow flipped all the left side pages to be upside down. I went back to get my book printed again and now im stuck with a book thats last two pages make stickers. these are all employee errors that should have been caught as soon as they were printed. I was also over charged as classmates of mine are printing the same thing on better paper with upgrades, and yet I payed 50% more then them.
