I had had consistent unpleasant experiences with Renee/Renae. This most recent time prompted me to make this review. I get to the desk. She’s looking down at her phone the entire time. How can I help you? I said I have a package to return. Showed her the QR code to scan. She then got a plastic white packaging bag and threw it on the counter when she could have easily placed it in hand. Then she printed out the receipt and said “here”.
When I approached the desk I went to go look for another employee praying that I could get help from someone else because of her. She’s always extremely unpleasant and I don’t think she should be front facing. Maybe in a packaging room she would be better because she has terrible customer service.

I'm not sure if this is the right location to share this, but I wanted to give a shout out and HUGE thank you to Justin (route 378) who was kind enough to take my package on the side of the road after desperately searching for a FedEx location that was open to overnight milk to my newborn while on a work trip. He was so kind and patient while I got the form filled out literally on the side of the road in the streets of Philly. Thank you Justin for your kindness!! My baby girl got her food!

I sent in some early files for an event in a week, and asked what our deadlines would be for printing, and let them know my schedule limitations for when I could send the files. Turns out their not open on Sundays, and can't meet my timeline, but Chris called another store that he knew could do it, spoke to a colleague to make sure they could get the job done, and then circled back with me letting me know who to contact and how. A+++ for the extra effort! Thanks Chris!

Dropped a package off here with a return label, scanned it in and everything. Two weeks later- no updates! Company confirmed it never made it out of the store. I was the only customer in there at the time. Employees stole the package- hope you enjoy your stroller attachment ??

There was no line but yet every employee seemed to be busy and couldn’t help with a simple return.

Can't deliver medicine to right address. Delivery person obviously can't read. Horrible to talk to someone. Couldn't read tracking number. Insulin was warm when the woman brought it over to my apartment.

Renee was an absolute angel. She helped me with rebinding my documents so they were compliant before I submitted my proposal to an agency. She went above and beyond for me and helped me calm down while I was freaking out. I went to another FedEx after calling to see if they could help me but when I got there they turned me away due to volume of other jobs they had. Renee really helped me out and went above and beyond.

Idk where the main office is for fedex or how to even get in contact with anyone from fedex ! I seen three fedex trucks parked up in a lot exchanging packages ! Then no wonder why my packages from fedex always ends up missing ! It’s multiple times my package was considered a lost package and we’re not talking no 10$ items ! Items that were over 200$ or more! And of course I posted the pic and they get taken down ! FEDEX IS GRIMEY IF IT WAS UP TO ME I WOULD NEVER USE THEM

I had a prepaid FedEx package to ship out, and they wouldn’t accept it. Said I had to take it to a drop box, and that there was one “a few blocks down.” This is unfortunately right in line with my expectations of FedEx at this point. Will see if this package even makes it to its destination.

I used this location to ship some very delicate glasses and Dillon gave me marvelous service with a smile. This location is inside an office building so I am guessing they are used to working with high volume customers. It isn't really a store- more just a counter in the lobby. But it has everything you would need (behind the counter). I highly recommend!!
