As an amateur photographer with limited Internet experience (I’m 86) I emailed a Photograph to be printed in a 10 x 14 size.
The instructions I was given by a young woman on the Phone were very simple. I sent the email yesterday and went to pick up the photograph today.
I was very pleased by the assistance received from Jason, the options in backing, finishing etc., for future prints he offered was very helpful. I will certainly return with future photos. The courtesy and respect of both contacts was appreciated.

Do not trust them with any expensive package!!! They lost ours and then will not refund or help at all after losing it!

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with this FedEx Office location. I dropped off a properly labeled return package on May 27, which was scanned in at 8:17 AM and confirmed via email by the store manager to have been picked up by the Ground driver at 4:23 PM the same day.
Despite this, the tracking never updated and still shows the package at the store. I filed a claim, attached the receipt and supporting emails, and the claim was denied with no explanation. I also escalated to the FedEx Security team and received no response over several weeks.
I want to thank Eric Sullivan, the store manager, who has at least tried to help by confirming the handoff and forwarding updates. But overall, FedEx’s internal process has been disappointing and opaque, and I still don’t have a resolution.
Be cautious with important returns — you may have proof, and still be left without answers or reimbursement.

Inconsistency in policy! This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was turned away three separate times from picking up my packages at the FedEx on Market St. in Philadelphia due to a total lack of clarity and consistency from staff regarding their package pickup policy.
Manager Eric and employee Sarah, along with several other team members, failed to offer any helpful solutions. I was told that unless the address on my ID matched the shipping address, I had no option but to personally fly from Los Angeles to Philadelphia to pick up my packages. The address was to an Airbnb, making that requirement completely unreasonable.
Despite spending hours on the phone with FedEx customer service—who informed me there was an alternate option involving a letter of authorization—they still chose not to inform me of that possibility. Instead, they returned nearly $800 worth of packages to the sender, which also happened to be another Airbnb location.
Completely unacceptable. The lack of accountability, knowledge, and basic problem-solving from this team was astonishing. Avoid this location if you value your time and money
FedEx Official Policy (Ignored by Staff)
FedEx’s own guidelines clearly allow alternate verification if an ID doesn’t match. For example, the FedEx FAQ states: “If the address on your ID does not match the recipient address on the package…

This place has inconsistencies with the policies and the worse customer service. I have been picking up as well as sending other stuff down to pick up orders for me and the rude manager would not release my package to the person. Picking it up due to “staff getting fired” I have been a FedEx customer forever and this is the first I’ve had an issue this manager was not pleasant at all .

I’ve always had a good experience at this location. On a recent print order, Letica gave great customer service over the phone, didn’t rush me, had a laugh with me, made sure I had everything I needed before we hung up. When I got there Auden was super gracious and speedy getting my print order, and Letica was still there so I could thank her in person. Whole team 10/10!

I had excellent service at this location! At the entrance, I was struggling to get my large parcel through the door. An employee named Douglas rushed out to help me with the package. He helped me with sending the package, and also handled a complicated return of some packing supplies. Douglas could not have been more helpful! 5 star service, and my package was delivered right on time!

Nicole was extremely curt and dismissal and unhelpful. After two sessions online just printing 3 documents from my email: fedex’s computer failed to print to printer (I realized when I went to retrieve at end of my online session) and she would not honor the time to reprint even supervised. She challenged me when I said I pointed out that I print 3 documents - it is not my fault there is an error in the printing signal. She insinuated that I was not telling the truth because and countered I can’t give you free internet time. What awful service I will never come again. I paid for your systems to not work at what is supposed to be the function of fedex printing (as I have done for many years and never at this location which I will never use again ! And a waste of my time when I was in a crunch in middle of my work day. She was training a new employee today, too: goodluck with that being the person who models customer service…he didn’t say anything but looked a bit stunned, too.
