Hi!! I got the kindest services from the FedEx staff. I had a hard time with the printing because I had a hard time operating the printing services, as it is a different system in Canada. I had such patient staffs that helped me from A to Z. Not only she was helpful, she made sure all of my needs were met. I am very very grateful for their support!!😊🙏

Great staff! They often helped to tape your package and print out label. This helps out a lot when I forget to bring tape or didn’t have QR code for label!

Don’t use the computers to print!!! Ask an associate to print them for you, we tried printing from the computer ourselves since it seemed like it would be faster, we paid for the computer it made us do so many steps to log in to be able to print all while using up the prepaid time, once we were able to print the computer came up with an error saying we don’t have enough credits remaining to print anything! That’s when the associate told us pretty much to never use the computers ourselves since you can’t add more funds to them to be able to print so we had to log out and they printed it for us. So don’t use the stupid computers unless you’re interested in wasting time and money!

Stop in this FedEx on 16th street today . Needed to prints of a document that I need anyway was having problem downloading and emailing it to the young lady working today .I think she was the manger anyway she was so helpful and so patient and kind with me as well as every other customer inside . Thank you for everything you were a huge help . This young lady is awesome !!!!

I dropped a heavy (43lb) package off at this location Saturday morning (7/26/2025). The young woman in the location could not have been more helpful, pleasant and enjoyable! I got to the location around 9:15am after getting there at 8am and realizing the place wasn't open. I incorrectly assumed it would be open and should have checked. However, once I arrived back at about 9:15am, this lovely young woman helped me. She scanned my package, gave me a receipt and answered all of the questions I had about when express and ground shipments go out daily & on the weekends - all with a smile. She was so pleasant first thing in the morning! I hope she had a beautiful rest of her day. With an attitude like the one she had, she deserved that! Thank you for your early morning boost of kindness young lady!

FedEx was supposed to deliver my package today, which required me to be around for a signature. I called three times and they swore up and down it would be delivered by 8 PM. It is now 8:45PM with no delivery, no update, and their offices are closed. Wasted the whole day. Horrible service.

Have used FedEx printing across the northeast and this is the first time i had an incompetent person at the counter. I had to ask if he wanted to help (crickets for response) at that point i already knew i wasted my time...
Fully expected team b or c on a Sunday (Father's Day) but Derick should not be customer facing..
The way he was looking at a young customer in disgust that needed assistance printing some stuff out while I waited had me already not expecting much but figured i tried since i needed the docs for a presentation early tomorrow. Walked over 20mins to the next location to get it done

Why even say you're running a competitive business? I tried and tried to get their website to take an order for a 4x6 postcard, but it kept applying margins that I didn't ask for, so I called and sent it in by email--at which point they quadrupled the price. And they clearly visibly annoyed by having to answer the call. I then took my order to a custom shop in West Philly, half the original price, with attentive, receptive people on the phone. Yay CampusCopy! Never again FedEx, so long, adieu.
