Baby the lady Ms. Oniq has a nasty attitude and she really needs work her customer service, all the underlining cut eye and huff and puffing towards customers is rude. Nobody is forcing you to be there so the least she can do is be polite

This review is long overdue, but the effort the team at this FedEx Print location put in for our recent event cannot go unnoticed. They truly saved the day!
We had a large, urgent, bulk order of Event Program Brochures and large posters of assorted sizes that needed to be managed remotely from New York, with the final delivery going to a venue in Philadelphia. This situation is usually a recipe for stress, but this team made the entire process seamless from start to finish.
Their communication was phenomenal. They kept me updated every step of the way, offering solutions like the $20 shipping option just in case we couldn't arrange pickup. When we got down to the wire and had last-minute asks and changes, they handled everything with grace and professionalism. They managed to take what was an extremely high-stakes, time-sensitive request and make it feel as stress-free as possible.
A huge, special shout-out to Tina for her exceptional dedication and attention to detail, and also to Nicole for her interaction and support. While I caught these two names, it's clear the whole team operates at an incredibly high standard.
Thank you for ensuring our event materials were perfect and ready exactly when we needed them. We will absolutely be using this location for our future needs in Philly!

My review is specifically toward the staff member Nicole at this location. She was incredibly prompt, polite, and helpful with getting me squared away with my mail. Especially that she is working on a Saturday into the afternoon and maintained a positive attitude, that is something that shouldn’t be overlooked. I am very grateful for her work!
UPDATE: visited this location yesterday and was promptly and kindly helped by staff member Oniqueka. She gave very clear instructions, repeated them patiently, and also displayed a positive attitude throughout. Thankful for her work and greatly appreciating the professionalism of the staff I encounter here!

I was shipping my instrument here and requested their packing service. From the start, the staff looked like they didn’t want to help. They told me they didn’t have a proper box for my guitar, so I asked, “So what should I do then?” They then went in and brought out a golf club box, which is way bigger than a standard guitar box, but I accepted it because I didn’t want to deal with finding another place.
At least, I expected them to pack it properly. When I opened the box today, I found no bubble wrap, no packing peanuts, not even basic honeycomb cushioning. Just three sheets of paper loosely thrown in around the case and nothing to support the guitar neck. Who calls this packing? Seriously. All I asked for was to fill the box with packing peanuts to keep my instrument safe, and they couldn’t even bother to do that.

I was sending my passport for Swiss Visa and was gonna collect it from there. And they were all sweet when I was sending it. And i had held it there for collection as suggested by the lady there. When I went to collect it, they were not releasing my passport even after producing all the documents. She was asking for my passport, and that’s exactly what I was there for. The manager kept on yelling at me and denied to help completely.
Dont use their Service at all for passport and visa things. This is the second time I faced this issue.

I visited the FedEx Kinkos Print & Ship Center earlier today to make some copies. I infrequently visit the center; however, every time I do visit, the experience is a good one! Ericka was very helpful assisting me in what all I requested! She was a true professional! I got everything done and I was pleased with the whole experience yet again. Hats Off to FedEx Kinkos at 3535 Market Streets. Thank you for still being open and available for people. I have been visiting this center for decades. Thank you, again.

Erica took great care with my German passport photos to ensure they would meet Germany's very stringent requirements. She was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Not sure about other employees, but I would recommend this location if you need foreign passport photos. They do not cut foreign passport photos to size but they provide the tools for you to do it yourself, and you get two copies of the photo in case you mess up. It cost me $16 (Feb 2025).

The employees always seem to be in a bad mood. No one is coming to your home picking up/sending packages. It’s literally your job. Two angry female employees took over 10 minutes to locate the customer package of customer in front of me the early evening of 11/20/24. Then were confrontational to me because they felt I should’ve magically known I could print a label on the self serve machine & leave it on counter. I had a large box that couldn’t fit in self serve. I didn’t know I could leave it on counter. I don’t work there. If you don’t like your job, go work somewhere else.

The employee who interacted with me here was lackadaisical, incredibly rude, and made little effort to actually help. As I stood behind the counter she literally said (perhaps thinking I wouldn’t hear or just not caring) “I’m not gonna help her” referring to me - while I was on the phone with this location’s manager trying to come to a resolution about picking up my mother’s urgent package; it’s her birthday & I wanted to take this off her plate since she has back issues and tries to limit driving. Even if the policy would inhibit me from picking up the package - despite the fact that my mom herself spoke to a FedEx customer service rep over the phone earlier today who said it wouldn’t be a problem since I have the same address - at the very least the employee could’ve been polite. I heard her laughing as I walked out. I hope management lets her go since she can’t fulfill a simple customer service role.
Signed, annoyed.
P.S. I scrolled through the other reviews after posting mine, & noticed one complaining about the same person - I didn’t catch her name, but Ms. Bad Attitude is pictured in Nathan Okolo’s review.
