I'm really confused by the negative reviews and I'm wondering of part of it is just that shipping is confusing and frustrating and people are taking it out on FedEx.I just had a very complicated shipping situation. Several, large, heavy boxes of equipment, that I needed to ship across the country. I don't know much about shipping, but I knew I needed a bit of information. Before anything, I found out what speed of shipping, if I had to declare any hazardous materials, and what value/insurance to get. I also knew that my items were large/non-standard, so I called ahead to see if they could package them or if I would need to. In my situation, I had to package them, so once I got that figured out, I went to the store with my boxed items, and a print out of the sender/receiver information (I typed it because my handwriting is terrible). These things were a pain to ship and the computer gave a few errors, but the staff was so helpful and friendly and stuck with me until we found a solution. They explained my different shipping options, price options, delivery times, etc. and were really great. I'm really satisfied with my experience at this store and would recommend them to anyone. I worked with all 3 staff members there, Erica, Tina, and Jahbria and they were all really great.

I cannot speak more highly about the customer service provided by Tina. She was amazing with communication. Her customer service was top-notch. I am from out of town and needed a last-minute project. She went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get my product. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve received in some time. Thank you again Tina!

I visited this FedEx location on the 09/25 and had a rather disheartening experience. I approached the counter with a simple request regarding shipping a package. However, the staff member I interacted with was not only unhelpful but also attempted to publicly humiliate me. When I inquired about the service and tape availability, rather than assisting, she insisted they were out of tape and suggested I purchase it myself. When I sought clarity, she responded raising her voice and ignored my reasonable questions.While I understand that everyone can have a bad day, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I expect staff, especially from a reputable company like FedEx, to treat customers with respect and professionalism. I hope FedEx management addresses this behavior to ensure future customers don't experience the same.

Helpful folks at this location, got color prints and they helped with the lamination as well. Took 10 minutes from start to finish.Opposite experience compared to the other local copy center!

Worst experience ever because they don’t understand how a person lifts a scooter box and they say that “We cannot take the shipping; otherwise, we won’t have space to walk.”Though there is plenty of space always at these kinds of stores, and they are meant to accept our shipping package that’s what is paid for running the services like this.

The FedEx Office Printing & Shipping, on 35th & Market Street, was Very Very Professional and Helpful, I was very Impressed with the Service of Erica P. as she Helped me during my time of a Family Loss. And so she was Very Professional, Helpful and Caring in Helping me with my Obituary Brochures...A 5 Stars Service .

Worst experience ever, first time leaving a 1 star review. I called the store at 6:30 and the person answering the phone confirmed they had the service I needed that’s why I went there right after the phone call. I came to the 3535 Market st. Philadelphia PA location, and figured this office locked the door before 6:40 PM whereas it was supposed to closed at 7 PM. I and other people have been knocking the door but people inside totally ignored us. Called the same number again and this time no one answered, I even called the customer service number to file a complaint, the representative tried to reach out to this store but also no one answered. The store even directed the customers in the office to leave from back door so we cannot get in as they leave and open the door. Worst experience ever, don’t waste your time coming to this location, there are other FedEx locations nearby that provide very good service.

If there was a 0.1 star, I would. This is one of the worst Fedex locations (service, limited knowledge, attitude). As a fedex account holder, I would be embarrassed to do my business here.

This location told me I couldn't use their copier to copy my mother's obituary since it was "from a newspaper and copywritten." I explained that I wrote the obituary myself. They did not allow to copy it. Won't be using this location ever again.Campus Copy around the corner is excellent, better prices, friendlier staff and they accommodated my copy requests respectfully in this sensitive time.

I am so unhappy because of this FedEx. If I could give them no stars I would.They Robbed me of my property and has refused to give me an answer on my merchandise worth $1300.00. This location has employees in their company on 35th and market street stealing property before it's delivered to it's shipped destination. One of there workers stole my items from my package and replaced it with a screen saver. I have been charged by my phone company a fee for a non-returned phone that was supposed to be entrusted to be delivered through FedEx. The phone company has suspended all of my family's phone lines due to the balance on my account. My child now has to travel to school in this unsafe city without a phone because of this company. I am so full of anger and rage with FedEx. They also charged my account with penalties because of receiving a empty box from FedEx along with harming my credit because of the unpaid balance. I will never use FedEx again or recommend anyone to trust the with there merchandise. This has made things a living hell for me because once you have that on your credit from one phone company other phone companies will not allow you to start services with them because of the balance with your last phone company. I will be seeking attorney. Do think twice before you ship your property with them. I wish I never stepped foot in that store.

Ran into the same problems as Mike. I went to another location and had 0 problem trying to ship. I tried to scan some items as well, and asked if they can replace the spiral bind of the original documents. Turns out that it's $0.49/page to scan and they cannot spiral bind even new documents(for 300 pages this was just way too much money to spend). A little ridiculous, I spent 20 minutes re-binding my original documents. Fedex needs to step up their game, USPS's flat rate shipping is a breeze comparatively. That and they dropped a laptop outside my apartment with no warning leaving it outside for porch pirates. This was a laptop shipped to me from work and could've been a nightmare if it was stolen. Most carriers would leave a note to pick it up or reschedule a delivery. Instead I came back to it sitting on my porch with all the original packaging just begging for it to disappear. Extremely disappointed in Fedex.

I went to this location to drop off a package I had already labelled for return. The package included a lithium phosphate battery (not dangerous in the same way as lithium ion).After trying to get them to accept the package, explaining that it's not at risk for fire with overheating and so forth, I was still turned away and told to go to another facility that would provide the proper label and ship the package.I then went to that facility and you'll be shocked to learn they were unable to provide a label and ship the package. So after visiting multiple facilities and numerous hours I'm back to square one.

Went to this location prior to closing. The employee stated I could not pick up my package as their computer system was down, even though I was in the store before closing.
