I have never once had a single issue with this company the have always provided me with exquisite customer service and have treated me with respect. All orders that I have received the god forbid had damage it was one call away and I was getting replacements. There is a reason they are a nation wide company and it shows.

Not once, but twice I've had ridiculous customer service issues with quite expensive products purchased through Ferguson. It seems loyalty to suppliers is prioritized higher than loyalty to customer satisfaction. A specialty tub arrived damaged to my work site and after weeks, actually months of requesting a new, undamaged product -- I basically was resigned to accept a "fix" to the tub rather than a replacement product. Now I find myself in the same situation-- an outdoor shower (quite expensive mind you and which didn't seem to like being "out doors" though that's how it was marketed) that I just now discover has little or no hope of securing replacement parts but i was told that I CAN "buy another shower." Seriously! We're talking about a 14 hundred dollar outdoor shower unit that has NO replacement parts available? I have never experienced this before. I will ultimately get the parts to fix this shower, but I'm really REALLY disappointed in the time and energy and process to make anything happen when dealing with this company. Live and learn.
