It's okay... customer service is up and down in here and they basically look at you like " why are they asking me so many questions" depends on who's working at the time

Never buy from finishline unless you are willing to get robbed without a gun. It was the week before Xmas I never received my order. After several calls of holding on for two hrs at a time and emails not responded to I was told their system shows package was delivered already. I explained I don't have any package they said they couldn't guarantee re shipment by Xmas all they could do was issue a refund but that would take days and it would be after Xmas. Reluctantly I agreed but then that never happened so again the numerous 2 hr hold phone calls and e-mails were done again only this time I was told with no explanation their back office decided they weren't giving me the refund because the system said the package was delivered. They even emailed me a refund email from the recorded initial call offering the refund. They refuse to allow me to speak to their back office and said they would notify them I don't like their decision not to refund me and ended the call. This company is disgusting thieves and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau & my credit card company

No one to help you with the "Finish Line" shoes. The Macy's employee in the shoe department did nothing but send people to other departments and chat with the security guard.

The store is large, although not quite as large as NYC……but they have a good selection of merchandise, and lots of good deals in the Backstage (clearance) dept. there’s also a Starbucks!

The sales person was great at first then he became very nasty towards me I buy all my sneakers from here he almost stopped me with his attitude bit I met other sales people and I didn't give up!!

I applied for this finish line and received a call to come in for an interview for today Friday at 4:45pm I got there at 4pm just to be told that my interview was at 3:30 which was incorrect I had the date and time written down plus I already had a job interview at 3pm somewhere else so why would I agree to a interview at 3:30 knowing it was no way possible for me to get there on time the manager (Nick) was very unprofessional shrugged his shoulders when I told him that this was the time I had written down and told me it was nothing he could do didn't even offer to reschedule me or anything for the inconvenience he put me through I live 30 minutes away from this location traveling by Uber just for me to have to turn back around and go home on top of this if my interview was at 3:30 why didn't I receive a phone call asking where I was at I guess this was just a sign that this position wasn't for me most jobs even send a confirmation which shows the true professionalism of this company because I didn't even receive that.

The clerk at the store was horribly Manored and very ill-informed on his inventory. like the guy knew nothing about what he had in stock. Or what sizes he had. You don't have time to stopan look it up through the computer. like there isn't time to do that if you have customers.
