Great choices of toys and other stuff BUT staff is run by an immature manager who said they don't have bathroom for my 3 year old. Manager and staff need some training.

There are some cool things here - like Philadelphia themed T shirts and a nice array of candy.
Down escalator was broken and had to walk. Cluttered and busy feel to the store. Always bumping into things and having “excuse me” said to me by other patrons.
Too much emphasis on security: mechanical “welcome to five below” greeting to all customers upon entry, receipt marking / checking at exit, self checkouts have been converted to “associate check out”. I could understand high security at a store with expensive products but we are talking items worth $1-$5.55 here - is it really necessary to spend so much $ per hour in associate wages just to keep a few products from walking out the door? I’m not saying people should steal, I’m just thinking the way this store is run doesn’t necessarily reflect common sense.

I always manage to find something that I can use. Also I love the variety of t-shirts. The store is clean and the workers are friendly .
