The food is great 5/5, but we were forced to move tables to a cramped small one despite there being plenty of other tables available. Then a few minutes later, they allowed a single person to sit in a table for 4 without so much as a peep! He wasn't waiting for anyone either.. Their silly rules should apply to everyone, but whatever. I asked around and lots of people say they prefer to order food for pick up. The atmosphere is not the best, IMO. Take from that what you will.

The food is great, always served hot, and service is top-notch. Whenever I visit Philly, I always make sure to stop here for breakfast.

Seriously an amazing breakfast experience. Was on an out of town trip. Not only is the food amazing, the service was also phenomenal. Such a sweet group of individuals here! Definitely recommend.

Le Meridien suggested this as a good place to grab a to-go lunch, with quick service, and they were right. Had a cheeseburger and fries, and it was done really well, and a huge burger. Staff was friendly and so were the customers as I waited for my order. Well done!

We ate brunch at this diner because of all of the great reviews and the menu options looked really good. It is cash only but realize when I went 2 days earlier and got a chicken ceaser wrap earlier(neice said it was ok) and it was cash or card with the card uplift charge so I paid cash. We ordered the sausage and cheese omelette, hot stacks and deluxe special. Unfortunately the omelette was just ok since cheese was guess provolone or possibly white American. Down south, omelette are cooked with cheddar cheese. Pancakes were ok, little too thick and the syrup was really thick. The grits were good but cold for food to come out fast. The waitress and staff were nice but not sure how they got voted best breakfast spot. Come visit the Carolina’s or even IHOP for better flavored and hot food.

Food was good! Busy day and they were still kind and efficient. Corned beef hash was great.

Great location to pickup good breakfast and lunch. (Cannot sit in. It's a to-go location) scratch that last sentence. I got my eateries mixed up. So sorry.?

Great food and good prices. We chose this place due to its proximity to the Christmas Village and we were very happy with the service. Best fries I've had in a long time.

We heard this was the best breakfast place in Philly so wanted to try it. We were not disappointed, the food was fantastic and the place has a great vibe. Sausage was some of the best I have had and my son said the pancakes were “best ever”. This may sound weird but they had the best coffee mugs, wide brim and great hand feel. Great spot!

Jam packed because of a con, but great service and food. Ordered breakfast, hotcakes and sausage with coffee and orange juice. 10/10 would totally stop again.

Visiting from MN. Son had Philly Cheese steak. I had a Waffle. Both very good. Waitress wasn't that attentive so I had to waive down another gal. But it's an old cool building.
