Very rude staff. The staff behaved as if they are doing a service and we should be greatful to them for providing a shopping mall. The produxt were not bad but i would never go back to a place with such rude staff

Customer service was too tier ! Great selections ! I found some good comfortable scrubs for work great prices ! I will definitely be back to shop ! The guy at the door who checks the receipts was funny and nice ! My cashier older short African American lady was awesome I wish I got her name ! She helped me get my correct size for my scrubs ! Awesome experience good job Forman mills ! I’ll definitely be back!

Very bad experience just now. I just went to the store to purchase three clothing items for my client which I'm a home health aide of the cashier gave me a quick total of how much everything came to I assume that the clothing would come over $30 so I handed her $40 which the client had gave me. But everything came to 29 dollars and some cents the cashier took my entire 40 without counting in it and put it in her drawer then attempted to give me back a dollar and some change I automatically let her know that I just handed you $40 she said I don't know what you're talking about you only gave me $30. I made it very clear to her that I came in with $40 I hand it to you you proceeded not to count it you shoved it into your drawer and then decided to give me back a dollar and some change. A manager comes over can't get into her drawer she explains to them that I only gave her $30 which was a lie she didn't count it she told her she counted it but she lied. This manager then had go get a key to open the register count the money with her and still said oh the drawer is accurate I was really live it right about now I didn't say much but I couldn't understand how you can hand somebody a certain amount of money and they not count it but still put it in your drawer. I was told to leave my name and number and that they will run a video tape at night time and if they find the extra 10 they would give me a call so they both basically call me a big liar and said that I never gave her my money which I know I did. Shop at forman Mills plenty of times this is the first time ever this has happened and this will be my last time ever shopping here. Cashiers need to be trained to count people money correctly before closing the drawer and giving people back whatever amount of money they want to if she would have counted it she would have saw what I gave her but since she didn't she just assumed that it was $30. Most likely I'm not going to get a call back because management was 100% on her side when I left.

The store is nice and bright, racks were mostly well stocked throughout, plenty of choices in sizes.
