First lets talk about how my Rims and Tires were Stolen right off my car. I will NEVER stay at any of these hotels in this plaza again. Came back from a trip and found my car on the ground. The hotel knew about it 2 days prior. The security is less than security. They don't care nor do they do anything to help. They don't care about the property. Also, their security cameras are conveniently not there anymore. When talking to some staff they say this happens about once a month. The General Manager wouldn't even return my calls. I called multiple times and he is always in a meeting or can't talk. His voicemail box is full and you can't leave a voicemail. They have done NOTHING to make this right. They didn't even offer to give us a room for the night when this happened. As for the Hotel rooms they are Okay. They are dusty and have a old smell to them. I suppose if you are just staying for a quick trip overnight for the airport it works. DO NOT PARK HERE!

Rooms nice, lobby spacious and clean, restaurant/bar nice. Hotel convenient location to Philadelphia Airport.

We stayed here courtesy of an airline that had a mechanical issue. It’s clean. But beyond that it’s tired. Thin walls. Old. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain well. I wouldn’t stay there if the airline hadn’t paid for it but if you need a room near the airport , it’ll do.

This place is for the rich and lonely. Everything about this place is old-fashioned, dusty, and kind of busted. The toilet makes a weird noise when you flush. The lobby was the only modern looking area here, and that's cause they have a fancy expensive restaurant instead of any free breakfast or free coffee or even places to sit. When I asked the guy if they did breakfast, he was pretty rude and I felt judged when he said it's only for "titanium" members. I asked what it took to become a titanium member and he led me down the hall, strapped me into a stainless steel chair, and injected me with something that made my bones feel soft.I woke up about six days later at a rocky clearing in a nearby forest. I could feel something had changed. I felt so different. Not just different, but good. No, great. I felt better than I'd ever felt before. I had a rich man's blood coursing through me, through my veins and into the very marrow of my bones. I stood and tested my legs: 12 foot vertical jump, at least. I picked up a rock larger than my entire torso and flung it so far that I couldn't see where it landed. I started my walk back to the Four Points by Sheraton. The breakfast was bland, overpriced. Limited parking. Not worth the price.

So, upon entering…the lobby was ok & the front desk employee was kool as well. As I entered my room I did a thorough inspection and found mold under my sink. Yes, I have footage of the disappointment of the room. The interior is quite old, but so are most Philly hotels. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. And for their sakes, my family & I better remain ok after that stay!!!!Rooms: Not the best room experience!!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. The man at the front desk was friendly. A free shuttle comes every 20 mi uses for the airport. It was everything you expect and need for an airport hotel.

Usually stay at the Marriott at the airport when we have early morning flights for work. Tried this hotel this time due to the significantly lower rate. Upon walking in, there was immediately a cloud of weed. The gentleman talking to the front desk clerk (either a friend or coworker) had just exhaled the puff. It took her almost 25 minutes to check us in. The lobby looked very nice and updated. Some of us were on the 4th floor where there was an intense vomit smell as well as smoke smell. Some of us were on the 5th floor and there was such a strong smell of cigarette smoke that even the bedding smelled like smoke. The bathroom was dirty and there was no heat or blankets.I am very disappointed as this was a Marriott hotel. We will not be returning

The shower water pressure... I'd love to have that much water pressure at home. Came out looking like a prune. Great staff and decent location to access many places.

I came here to get a good nights rest but I felt itchy all night! I looked at the sheets but didn't see anything. It must have been microscopic. This was not my imagination! They were not cleaned. At breakfast the napkin was dirty! I don't know what's going on here but I wouldn't stay here again. I stayed in the shower for a good 45 minutes and still didn't feel good.

Spent 4 nights there on vacation. The best part was the free shuttle to & from the airport. Rooms are small & simple, but clean & served their purpose since we did not really plan on spending too much time in the hotel. Decent location, a city bus stop right in front of the hotel that took us to south Philly where we were able to catch the Subway to site see. Cafe in Four Points had weird hours only open 5p-10p, but a Sheraton Suites was directly next door with a cafe open all day until midnight so we got most of our dinners there & it was fabulous. All in all a great hotel.

Room was not great, complained about toilet multiple times (didn't flush). Seems there's a draining problem in shower too.Room was way to small for 2 beds. But Derek(evening shift) & nite shift front desk clerks were great. Day shift was basically unhelpful, couldn't answer simply questions.Rooms: Too small for 2 beds. Couldn't get the cart in far enough to unload.Nearby activities: Let's say NONE!! Even though I was told we could walk across the street to a Applebee's & fast food.Walkability: Dog area was fine except no doggie bags. You could only walk to 3 hotels in complex.Food & drinks: Dinners at 4 points & Sheraton were good. And fairly priced.

Stayed here several times. Easy to get to off the 95 highway. Restaurant and bar there not bad, a little pricey. Shuttle to the airport always available. Clean rooms and wake up call was prompt.
