Signed me up for junk mail without my consent. Does not respond to text message request to remove me from junk mailings. Unethical and disrespectful business tactic; 0 regard for customer base. Presumably the ad employees do not enjoy receiving junk mail; yet they have no problem subjecting other people to the same inconvenience for the sake of whatever minuscule increase to their bottom line this ad practice provides them.

Ordered a pair of overalls. Shipped via Lasership. Got a delivery confirmation with a picture of a signature that was not mine. When I arrived home there was no package. Called customer service and they told me that Lasership does a delivery confirmation before items are delivered….what?!!!! They told me to wait a couple of days. The very next day there was a Free People Movement (I recognized the print on the packaging) bag outside of my apartment door. When I opened the package (which had already been opened) there were 3 used Shein bathing suits in Shein zip bags. Someone had replaced my 100.00 overalls with used Shein clothing!!!!Immediately called customer service to discuss. FYI, no one CARES at their customer service department. At least ACT appalled that something like this could happen. At the end of the call, my overall money was refunded and they told me to just throw out the Shein clothing. Yes I was refunded but, the lack of true customer service was absolutely horrible. Lasership is a scam and their workers are thieves! I love Free People but, if they continue to use this courier service they will lose a customer for life.

URBN has 0 regard for the customer experience, and will bar customers from ordering from their brands without cause.In Oct ‘22 I ordered a pair of boots from UO that arrived and were too small. I processed an exchange request and returned the boots in person to the Urban Outfitters store. Meanwhile, in the tracking information from their chosen carrier for the new boots, I was notified that my package was damaged and the item was discarded. I made multiple attempts to contact UO customer service about this issue. Each time I was told that the package needed to make its way back to UO before I was refunded. However, the package was never delivered to me as it was destroyed and discarded during shipping, per their tracking info.Because the item never arrived to me and I was told UO would not refund me even though it had been weeks with no delivery, I disputed the charge with PayPal and they ruled in my favor due to the evidence I provided.Shortly after, I made several attempts to purchase items from Free People (with several items in my Anthropologie cart that I had also intended to purchase) and received confirmations followed by order cancellations. After multiple calls and emails, I was told that I was restricted from purchasing from any of your brands (because their carrier lost the package attempted to ship to me and I was rightfully refunded by PayPal, as UO would not provide me with any answers).Not once was anyone apologetic or compassionate throughout this experience. In fact, I wrote a letter to the CEO and supposedly had a call scheduled with someone (Joe McNorrill) due to call me on a set day and time (we scheduled via email) - they never called or emailed any explanation.I expect more in general from customer service, but this has been a level of low I could not have expected.

On Dec 26 I ordered 3 items online on sale for an extra 50% off. After waiting till Jan 13, 2022.....still no items. I got the run around for a week that my package was lost. My Lasership tracking # showed only a label was created. When I called Lasership they told me they were still waiting for the package from Free People to even ship. And after 4 contacts with Free People customer service speaking and chatting with Supervisors (Lily and Sarah) they claim they were filing a Lost Package Claim. Their Chat people are not accurate. There was NEVER a package sent by FP to claim. Biggest scam ever. I will never deal with this company again. Today a refund will supposedly hit my account in 2 days. But the Fleece I ordered on Dec 26th was still available in my size and color online today but for $80 more. What did they not Ship me at least that item as a partial order. Unbelievable. They claim if I now call back after my refund hits they will do a price adjustment and now send me this item. Why do I have to do that. Never again.

I’ve ordered from Free People for years but lately the delivery service that they use which is Lasership is the worst delivery company out there. You get an estimate date then it may get delivered almost a week later. I complained to customer service about this. They replied as we’ll give the feedback to corporate. So I began paying the extra money for express delivery & what happens they send one of my packages again through Lasership. Free People get it together I spend too much money for you to have crappie delivery services. Drop Lasership!

I will be disputing my purchase, since 1. Customer service would not refund my purchase, despite the system kicking me into payment without giving me a shipping option. Clearly these people do not care about their customers.

Terrible customer service, won’t refund what they owe. Do not i repeat do not rely on customer service in the chat, don’t even trust what they say I literally got misinformed by 4 different agents and when you call them they tell you that chat agents misinformed you and now you’re screwed

I was accused of stealing without any proof and they said that I gave a merchandise to man with a blue hoodie and it was my husband giving me my phone that I forgot in the car. I feel harassed, intimidated and profiled Mexican. Been their customer for many years and have collections of clothes by free people. This happened in Miami Beach by Collins Rd. they are racist
