One of the best services I have ever used. The two gentlemen that did the job were efficient, communicative, and professional. The initial estimate I received over the phone was very accurate. They cleared about a room’s worth of junk in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend - I would give six stars if I could.

Fully loaded is amazing. We were in Philadelphia from out of state to clean out a relatives home. We called at 11 am in the morning on a Friday, George showed up at 2 pm and took care of everything. With a smile, a great price and on a record breaking day of heat temperatures near 100. Can't say enough about this company. Give George a raise....

I probably won't use them again. It was explained to me that someone would come out, I'd get an exact quote and if I was ok with it, they'd get to work. Instead they came early, took pictures, gave me a quote I liked and came back that day. When they said they were done there was a lot of wood on the side of the house. When I asked I was told that wasn't in the quote and it was about $200 more to remove it. Not good business practice.

Made an appointment, they agreed and texted us a quote, and then never arrived. We waited for 2 hours. When we finally got ahold of them, they claimed to have called us twice but my husband and I both received no calls.

The company came through in a clutch. They were able to move and accommodate large items. They crew even cleaned and swept as they worked. After having another company unable to accommodate our needs, they moved everything needed swiftly. Would highly recommend for your moving and hauling needs!
