Gabrielle's beginners Iyengar class was amazing. As a vinyasa flow devotee, this class really helped me to slow down, draw attention to my alignment, and settle into poses. Thoroughly enjoyed the space and instruction style. Gabrielle was welcoming and patient with newcomers. Very attentive to personal needs as well, at 20 weeks pregnant, Gabrielle talked me through safely getting into poses and possibilities within poses. Thank you for sharing your practice with me.

This is the best yoga studio I have ever been to! Unlike many studios, Gabi teaches you how to do yoga from the ground up, meticulously and methodically, with great intention and care. Not only is this the most comprehensive instruction of the physical aspect of yoga I've ever received, but Gabi also teaches about yoga as a whole--which goes beyond what you're doing with your body. I have never felt uncomfortable or singled out here, while also feeling like every person in the room gets as much attention as they need. I highly recommend this studio!!

Gabi is an amazing Iyengar teacher. Her instruction is clear, concise, insightful, challenging and fun! She modifies poses throughout class, so the teaching is very individualized to what different students need on that day. I've studied at both the IYI SF and NY and Gabi is one of the best teachers I've had. I continue to learn and deepen my practice b/c of her classes. Highly recommend!

Gabi is an amazing yoga teacher and personal trainer. She pays great attention to the poses and any stiffiness or injuries that need to be addressed. She has extensive training in Iyengar yoga and is really dedicated to being a good teacher. Yoga never clicked for me until I started taking her classes. I highly recommend working with her.

I take classes at Gabrielle Sigal Yoga every week and what I learn there in yoga is really important for me. It's helping me to come alive in a basic way. Having lived with chronic impressions about my body and what it can and can't do and problems that never get fixed and tightness that never gets released and then, to have someone who is so effective to free those is one of the most important things happening in my life right now. Besides being a fantastic Yoga instructor, Gabi has also helped me with personal training, including full body kettle-bell workouts. She's an excellent communicator and motivator, helping me push myself, while also strengthening old areas of injury.

Gabi is a fantastic yoga teacher and trainer. Her studio is a beautiful intimate space. The smaller class sizes allow for lots of hands on attention and mindfulness for any previous injuries. Simply a great place to practice!
